I’ve eaten a lot of different restaurants in the world, but this morning I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and a wonderful cut, despite the fact I don’t ever order a NY strip, usually not as flavorful as a ribeye, the service was great, I never at any point wanted for anything! Always with a smile and just perfect service! I will definitely be back to see if that experience can be duplicated!

“Old Timers” breakfast was okay, save from gravy that’s too thick and ultra dry biscuits but for $10 It’s more than enough. The scrambled eggs were served folded and the server was terrible at serving. I feel like it has the potential to be a much better experience. It could have been as good as the grits were. I do still appreciate the locations that allow overnight stays as I spend a lot of time traveling and the convenience is great.

We tried to order 3 different things and they were out of them. At that point we said maybe you should tell us what you do have. It wasn’t that late either it was around 6pm. The food was dry and overcooked. I ordered dumplings and it was all soup. I wasn’t impressed. I usually have a better experience at cracker barrel.

Food is advertised incorrect. Salad says it comes with bacon bits and croutons, it comes with no bacon and crackers… I order the fried chicken, broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. My potatoes came out on someone else’s plate, they wanted to just take both plates back and simply replate it, but the other plate had grilled chicken that had juice kn the plate which had already run into the mashed potatoes. So then they decided to just bring me a side of mashed potatoes. The broccoli on the plate with the grilled chicken was cooked fine but the broccoli on my plate and my child’s plate was barely cooked. So they had to refine 2 sides of broccoli. Mu son order meatloaf with dumplins and hash brown casserole, I wish I had taken a picture because the scoop of hash brown casserole was barely enough to even put kn the plate. I have never had this type of experience from any cracker barrel I have been too. We took my son there for his birthday because he said when he grew up he wanted cracker barrel to be his first job. Even he said “I don’t think we should come back to this one, next time let’s drive further to another one….”

Server was great. Food varied. Some was great, some not palatable. My daughter and mom both ordered grilled chicken tenders. My daughter’s was fine but my mom’s tasted like it had been marinated in maple syrup or something. My daughter’s mac-n-cheese was mostly burnt crust and her dumplings were swimming in water. My fried tenders were good and my little one didn’t complain about his kid’s burger or fries. The server did try to make it right but whoever prepared the food needs to pay more attention.

Worst Cracker barrel I’ve been too. It was slow, just a few tables of people. It took 10 mins after we sat down for someone to come and greet us. The server was really sweet but terrible at the job. We ordered an appetizer she said would come out before the food, it didn’t. She brought our food, missing a few things, then we had to ask about the appetizer that we got after our meals. The food was bad. Chicken tenders were overcooked and tuff, one wasn’t even a tender it was fried breading that was hard as a rock but counted as a tender. The broccoli had a soured taste and the meat loaf was dry. The girls in the store were great tho. Very friendly and helpful. Great place to shop but not eat.

Typical Cracker Barrel food, Server was below average, but Cracker Barrel portrays itself as “RV” friendly and this location does not portray that sentiment. We asked our server upon being seated that one of our RVs was very partially blocking the dumpster and asked if this was ok and if there was trash pick up today, the response was “they will tow if you’re blocking the trash”. We told them we would be happy to move if trash needed to be emptied but all the RV parking spaces were full so we did what we could. The server then told us that “employees park in the RV spots because our parking lot fills up” which was not the case as there were plenty of other spots, just not as short of a walk for their employees. Other reviews complain about this as well so management must not care or this would have been taken care of. We are finishing a month long trip in our RV and have stopped at many Cracker Barrel’s along the way, even over nighted in the parking lot of a few, this is not the norm from Cracker Barrel.

Food, Service over all has improved! Fresh Hot biscuits were served, ordered meatloaf and it was very good. Initially, ordered dumplings, but they were out of them. Food did not taste like warmed up, microwaved! I would have gave food a 5 star, but portions of side items were still small. I dont remember them playing country music before, but today they did! The food was absolutely delicious and there was more than enough for the two of us. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. The hostess and servers were extremely friendly. They made sure that we had plenty of sweet tea at all times while we were eating. I even had plenty of leftovers that I took home and was able to eat the next day. It was a very nice experience.

Was not satisfied with the food or the service. I am not sure if the waitress was new or not, but she definitely was not attuned to her job. After being seated, we sat there for about 30 mins before she came to take drink orders. When she did come, we ordered our food as well, which took another 45 mins to get. Of course, the orders were not correct, nor was the food good. I definitely will not be returning.
