This was a pickup order. A kids veggie plate with a $5 add on meatloaf and Mac-n-cheese. The area was clearly signed and easy to find. Idk what happened but as soon as I parked and went into the app to let them know I had parked, it didn’t work then I lost internet service. (It wasn’t their fault my GPS tried to take me in the opposite direction of home, 30 minutes out of the way). Thankfully I was able to call and they brought my order right out.
The food was ok/good, I especially liked the mashed potatoes. The green beans tasted good but had way too much green bean juice, I had to strain them before plating them. The cheese in the Mac-n-cheese was a little runny like it needed to be baked longer or they added too much of the liquid ingredients and meatloaf did taste ok but it was different from how it usually was when ordered as a dine in vs pickup. In the restaurant I could pick my slice of meatloaf up with my fork and it wouldn’t crumble/fall apart. What I got seemed to need a binding agent, draining the meat or baking longer.
To be fair, I haven’t ordered the meatloaf in a while (I normally get the chicken and dumplings because they’re always perfect).
The mini cinnamon rolls were free for signing up online. I’m not a huge fan of cinnamon rolls but I didn’t see anything else I wanted. If the icing could have been optional or on the side that would be great (not complaining just a thought).

Hardly anybody was in the restaurant and could not get the basic stuff that was requested friendly waitress great attitude just simply non-attentive.. The building was really clean all the gift items were well stocked ..food was hot fresh and accurate. Price was normal for a cracker barrel located beside an interstate. Wide navigable restaurant eating area .The gift area was a little bit cramped if you were in a wheelchair or on a walker just use a lot of caution. No ambient music that was noticeable. Little cool outside had a nice fire going inside. Zero wait time for a table. This particular cracker barrel does not offer booths. Beer is available on the menu daily specials are observed.

We had the best server I have ever had. I’ve been in this industry for over 3 years running many restaurants in my lifetime and Aaron was the cream of the crop!! If I was still in thie industry I would come and cherry pic tht young man! anyway I had the eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, it had a name that I can’t remember, anyway The gravy was horrible but I never told Arron. My husband had the Uncle Hershel and he loved it and my friend had the strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes which were awesome. I gave you guys 5 stars on everything because of Aaron, he made this dine worth every penny!

Hectic day for a visit to Cracker Barrel. In from out of town with 7 of us visiting. This food and service hit the spot. Kelsey our server was great! Her demeanor, professionalism and manners were exceptional. I informed Sam, one of the managers and he too was fantastic with his response and gratitude. Unfortunately in the restaurant business, patrons are too quick to complain, but forget their manners or gratitude towards the person helping them. We’ll be back our next trip. Everyone go visit Kelsey, it’s worth your time.

I don’t usually write reviews but Aiden made my visit to Cracker Barrel truly special. He wasn’t just serving a table he was genuinely kind present and caring in a way that touched my soul. His warmth and compassion made me feel seen and welcomed and that connection meant more than the meal itself. People like Aiden are what make Cracker Barrel feel like home.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cracker Barrel restaurant and I must say, the service provided by our server was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome.
Our server, ALEXIS B, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. She took the time to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences.
Throughout our meal, she checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She even went out of her way to accommodate a special request we had. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers truly stood out.
