We were a party of 6. Everyone liked the service and food. I got the new cheesy bacon homestyle fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn! Absolutely LOVED it! I had almost cleaned my plate before I thought to take a picture but did anyway. Then finished it. So very good! Nicole R. was our server and she was awesome!

Tried to call several times no one answered, ordered online, got to the location tried again to call for curbside and again no one answered, went in told the lady I don’t think their phones working and she got snippy and said it didn’t ring in there, hence why I told her the phone wasn’t working so maybe they would look into it, grabbed my food and said it’s been up here for a while, as I got there by there time frame online, just rude, food is good but the service is horrible

When we got seated we were told that it would take 15 min to get some biscuits cause they were baking. But yet ppl were getting them b4 us when they got seated after us. It took us 30 min to get them. It took us an hr to get our meal. I ordered chicken and dumplings as I normally do. When I got it there was 3 small pieces of chicken and barely enough dumplings to cover the bottom of the bowl. You no longer get the generous portion that you use to. The dumplings were all clumped together I to thick clumps requiring a knife I order to eat them. I’m so disappointed and this was one of my favorite restaurants. Oh and of course they have went up in pricing.

A horrible meal. The sweet potato was liquefied, actually running out the shell. The salad was not good either. It will probably be a while before we come back. It’s always been good before. Maybe the evening crew doesn’t understand “Cracker Barrel” and deliver great food.
