Haleigh was our server and she was very friendly. The restaurant was busy but she kept a smile on her face and had the best demeanor about herself.

Great as always….. who cares about changes when the food is still good, service is great and we will return. Don’t like it just go some place else it’s pretty simple .

It is my understanding that when a customer goes to a restaurant, they are able to order what they prefer and request reasonable modifications to their meal. As a paying customer spending my own money, I believe that expectation is fair.

During my recent interaction with your establishment, I made a specific request regarding my order. I was placed on hold for approximately ten minutes without explanation. I was told that the manager could not do exactly what I asked, with no effort to provide a courteous explanation or alternative solution.

I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

The moment we entered Cracker Barrel a hostess welcomed my brother and me in. The hostess and waitress was respectful and courteous. The waitress wasn’t impatient and gave us plenty of time to choose from the menu. She answered our questions with a sincere response. And was very helpful. The food was hot and delicious. Checkout was a breeze. The cashier was super nice too. Wonderful experience all the way around.

From the moment we were seated, it took about 20 minutes to even get acknowledged for our drink order. Once we got that put in we immediately went to put our food order in. We were promised biscuits and drinks and that took an additional 10-15 minutes. One of our guests asked for a manager to come to our table. She came and apologized for the situation and said she would get it taken care of. We finally received our bread order and drinks and salad. At first our waitress had an attitude over us talking to the manager but at the end she seemed fine. Our food tasted HORRIBLE. The drinks seemed warm and some of the food seemed cool. We had ordered an appetizer and it came out with the food and it appeared that all 4 people got food but none were happy with the result. Several tables got up and left over a similar situation. I think more training needs to be done on how to have better customer service under a high traffic day. Cracker Barrel needs to do better.

Cracker barrel is a famous place with family dining at its core. We hadn’t been in years but glad we stopped in for dinner last night! Great food friendly staff and service! And the food was great! Definitely recommend the skillet entrees, and the strawberry lemonade! The gift shop and country store are always a fun thing!

Food was great. Came out in a timely manner hot and fresh. On this particular visit my waitress never came back to check on me or give me a refill on my water. She did bring me the check a while later and I asked for a water to go and a to go container

We ordered the chicken tenders, lemon pepper trout, and a side of mash with gravy (the gravy was the only complaint we had, the texture was off.). The trout was seasoned very well and the biscuits were soft and fluffy (one of the best we’ve had from this chain in a long time.). The chicken tenders were crispy and paired very well with honey mustard. The server was also very kind.

Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places for breakfast, but when you order to go and they give a quarter of the portions they use to it may upset you. I ordered gravy and biscuits, had enough gravy for one biscuit. Very disappointing

Lots has changed about cracker barrel recently. The fish and hash browns were both super hard n crunchy. The biscuits don’t come ahead of the meal now, instead with the meal upon request. You don’t even get spoons at the table, just a single fork and knife. You can overall tell this chain cut back Quality of food while increasing all dishes by at least 4 or 5 dollars. Disappointed cracker barrel used to be my favorite.
