We both got the grandma’s sampler. Mine was perfect, I got pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and hash brown casserole. My boyfriend got chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and plain hash browns. He was disappointed in his food because it looked like they dumped half a bag of chocolate chips in the middle and called it a day, and his hash browns were severely burnt.
In addition to that our waitress was unpleasant. She barely said hello, checked on us twice, I never got a water refill, and she didn’t say anything when she brought the check back, not even a friendly smile. There was another waitress there who brought out our food, Alina, and she was very sweet and friendly.

It’s not my thing but I was meeting family. Stick with breakfast or dinner options. Salads are lackluster and very simple. I used to get a great chicken salad years ago that had sharp cheddar and cantaloupe with it. — I enjoyed my time because of the people I was with. Disappointed with the big salad options. Food was exceptional. Waitress was struggling (we all do sometimes) and during a busy period so some aspects are understandable. Customer service was very friendly though and I would still recommend this location in a lesser busy eating time frame.

My wife and I stopped by this morning about an hour after they opened. There was only a 5 minute wait so we spent our time walking around the store.
Christmas time is my favorite time to come to Cracker Barrel because of all of the items they put out for Christmas. This is such a good place to grab Christmas presents for yourself or others!
Our waitress was very efficient and the food was great as always. It was nice being able to go on a weekday and not have to fight the weekend crowd. Their new rewards program was easy to set up and we got a free dessert item for signing up. You just enter your phone number when you pay your bill and you get points for your order. Stop by when you get the chance!

I’ve always enjoyed this particular CB. It’s relatively easy to access and the food is almost always good. Had breakfast this time (Mommas French Toast). It was perfect and they had set us near the fireplace which felt wonderful on the back of my head . If you are passing through or haven’t tried this one before then come on in… The fire is wonderful!! Thanks to our Hostess, Courtney, for a prefect breakfast

The best Cracker Barrel I’ve eaten at, hands down.
I had the steak and egg hashbrown skillet and it was amazing. Every component was cooked perfectly. The hashbrown casserole is good as always but the rest is really what makes this visit stand out. The steak was well-seasoned and unbelievably tender, the onion strings were crispy, the eggs cooked perfectly to order, and the garnish was just enough to even out the flavor. The biscuits! Soft in the middle and light with a hint of salt, again, probably the best one had at Any cracker barrel.
The employees here are great as well, everyone was friendly. My server, Susan, did a great job taking care of me and the food came out fast. It feels like they’re a good team here.
Highly recommend this particular location if you have the chance.

I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel since I moved here about 15 years ago and this Cracker Barrel has always been consistent, clean, fast, and delicious.
I’ve never had a bad experience. Even this most recent time, you can tell they need help with staffing but everything still came out quickly. Our server was nice and friendly. Our food was delicious. I went for the classic Uncle Herschel’s with the chicken tenders and the tenders are different and it’s a good thing. They taste hand breaded.
This is an consistent and good Cracker Barrel.

I was in the mood for a good salad, so I stopped at Cracker Barrel (Madison area) because you could not go wrong with a salad and homemade biscuits. I love sitting in this establishment and looking at the advertisements of items sold before my time. My son ordered chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and green beans. He said they were delicious I forgot to take a picture. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. I definitely will be back because the hashbrown casserole was so yummy. The vibe in the restaurant is relaxing, too.

Food tasted okay, but the temperature of my food was barely warm. I ordered the sampler with meatloaf, chicken and dumplings, hash brown casserole, and turnip greens. A lot of my chicken wasn’t tender and the turnip greens were chewy. Waitress was nice and brought me some fried okra to replace them. Overall, meal was decent, but I wish the food had been fresher.
