Colby, the manager, was awesome! He made me feel so at home and made sure to check on us after our food was brought out! Our meal was absolutely delicious and our server, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, gave perfect service! I would 10/10 recommend Cracker Barrel in Hartselle!

We met our grandsons at Cracker Barrel before they go to Birmingham to catch their plane to go home to San Antonio TX. We love eating at Cracker Barrel. The staff is always friendly and making sure we have everything we need. Today is turkey and dressing with sweet potato casserole , cranberry sauce, fried apples, and biscuits! It was sooo good! Our grandsons always order a big breakfast with pancakes, ham, sausage, gravy n biscuits and eggs. My step son ordered pancakes with cheesecake and strawberries! That was awesome! I will be ordering that next time! Thank you for a wonderful meal and an awesome friendly environment.

Cracker Barrel is always absolutely terrific! The cheese curd and the biscuit Beignets are a huge hit. You dip them in a pecan maple sauce and it’s absolutely the mom. Grandma’s breakfast never disappoints and the chicken and french toast is stellar! Love bringing the entire family to Cracker Barrel

Me, my husband, and our four year-old son came here for my birthday on Friday evening. Our waiter, I believe his name is Sawyer, was exceptional! He was VERY polite and made sure we were okay. I feel like this young dude is definitely going places and is gonna make it big, wherever he’s meant to be. The food was perfect and exactly what we wanted, no complaints. The front was a bit crowded, but you’re able to walk through it. The food was absolutely amazing. I got the steak tips, shrimp, and chicken tenders. The steak tips were a bit iffy, but the shrimp and chicken was delicious. Would go again.

I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon. I got an undone empty omelet. Inside the folded over eggs was slimy. The bacon was undercooked. I rated the atmosphere a 5 because we were with our family.
