Brittany hostess today Jun 18 2023 was very rude! Manager need to have a conversation with her! Food was good , waiting for a table 20 min (decent considering father’s day) waiting for food on the table 40 min ( ridiculous).

Poor service. The chicken tenders are not what they used to be. Yuck! Very processed. The host was the server. We were served drinks without straws. There was a long wait for the check. This site is not like other Cracker Barrels.

Haven’t been to the Cracker Barrel in many months. I stopped in because I was interested in the breakfast – the healthier breakfast with a yogurt. That’s no longer available – at least not at this location. I settled on this breakfast instead and asked if I could have fries instead of hash browns and they wouldn’t make them. They offered me tater tots. I substituted out the hash browns for fries before in my hometown in Indiana without any trouble in the past. The server was very apologetic. The food was very good. The prices were very reasonable. My husband got the double meat breakfast and said it was delicious. We would eat here again.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on the last night of a long road trip. It was SO GOOD to eat real food. It was seriously like a home cooked meal. I felt so much better after dinner, and our waitress was very personable and not overbearing.

Everyone loves Cracker Barrel for one reason or another. Whether its a little shopping or to eat a hearty country meal. I also find something I love in the shopping area, plus you have to check out the clearance section. I give them a five star. Today’s lunch was a little disappointing. The service was a little slow, and the country fried steak and potatoes was very dry. The steak had very little gravy, and the potatoes were lumpy, please see photos. The vegetable soup had a great taste but was lacking on substance. The carrots and cornbread were wonderful. A server that was not ours really took care of us. Thanks Nathan Rubin. Will definitely go again just maybe order something different.

My server happened to be decent, or I would’ve left before I even ordered. I’ve travelled a lot and out of at least 20 that I’ve been too, this was by far the worst Cracker Barrel. Was able to hear the management for the first half of my stay and they were struggling with an issue that would make me ashamed. It’s impressive that you somehow managed to struggle with that display for so long. But I sure look forward to their reply. Food was dry, I’ve never had the grilled chicken tenders and not been satisfied, these were trash. You go server girl whose name I didn’t catch. Hope their decent workers find somewhere decent to work before they end up struggling like the management.

Every cracker barrel has fantastic food and a friendly atmosphere but if you stop by leeds you’ll meet the nicest staff with some of the quickest service. We had a party of 5 plus a baby, we received all of our food with no problems, our waitress was so nice and great with our baby.

We went to Craker Barrel in Leeds the other day, and Kelsey Hall helped us out, and she did a great job with her customer service! She brought out our drinks efficiently, and our food was done pretty quickly as well. She asked if we wanted to go drinks as well, so she did a great job overall. The food was hot and good and this all was on, a busy Sunday.
