I reached out as requested below.
I’ve heard nothing back….
Tonight, was more like “Cracker, bottom of the Barrel.”
I ordered the “Three sampler” for myself.
It is supposed to have Chicken, meatloaf, and dumplings and two sides.
Amongst other things, I ordered a desert and attempted to use my peg rewards, which did not work. Why offer “rewards “, that can’t be used?
After placing an online curbside order, we went to pick it up.
Upon arriving, they told us they were out of dumplings(I guess calling would be too hard), the young lady offered replacements, if I wanted them, as if I was going to agree to just go without an item that I paid for.
She offered roast, more chicken, etc. I agreed to the roast. She went in and returned some minutes later, to say that roast would be about 30 minutes before it was ready( at 7:30 p.m.), I declined, and chose grilled chicken, which took another 5 minutes to receive. (By the time we waited for this fiasco, our other food wa no longer hot)
We got home with our food and the meatloaf looked like something that I wouldn’t serve to anyone. I did not warm this up, it literally lacked color and was dry. The taste was off and I chose not to eat it.
The turnips also tasted odd, I won’t order those again.
The only saving grace tonight, was that my husband did enjoy his burger.
We spent $50 here tonight, including a tip.
I expect better.
Being in the service industry myself, I try to show grace, however, this isn’t our first bad experience at this location.
I don’t know that we will be back.
I provided pics of your meatloaf on the website vs what I recieved.

We were seated quickly and order was taken quickly too. We asked for biscuits and they were delivered quickly but only one per person. Our meals came out of the kitchen quickly for four of the five of us. The food was hot and was tasty as well as the orders were correct. However, we were there to celebrate our grand daughter’s 18 birthday, her request to go there, and her order was not there. Waiter went to the kitchen and came back to report it would be right out. We asked several more times and got the same response. We were finished with our meals and my wife asked again about our grand daughters order and it was then the waiter stated he had input it incorrectly. Since we were finished with our meals he offered a free dessert but come to find out they were out of what she wanted. She made another selection and it was delivered before her burger and fries. We asked for a refill on water and it was never brought. Finally my grand daughters meal was served, approx 30 minutes after the others, so we asked for a take out box and left the restaurant. The restaurant was basically empty when we arrived shortly after 4 pm and there were not a lot of people there the entire time we were there, so being busy would not have been a reason for it to take so long. Other Cracker Barrel restaurants in our area have always been subpar or are going downhill, hence the reason for visiting this one. After this experience we will not go back to this one, making no locations close enough to visit.

We arrived for a late dinner….about 7:45pm. We were concerned that our food would be cold, or leftovers from the day. All of our food was HOT, extremely fresh and delicious.
Our waiter, Hunter, has got to be to MOST polite, attentive, well-mannered young waiter we have encountered in a VERY long time. He was so thorough, kind and exactly what a waiter should be like. He made meal suggestions, spoke directly to our young children and made them feel important, and checked on us regularly.
Also, as we checked out, the cashier was super friendly and helped me use my “pegs” for a discount. An overall, extremely pleasant experience from start to finish.
And to be clear, I do not know anyone at this store personally, this is my unbiased opinion of a Cracker Barrel that we normally don’t eat at, but will gladly return to!

I dont usually rate a restaurant this bad, but we had a terrible experience. We (party of 2) got seated immediately at 6 pm. At 620 I asked the young lady that seated us if we had a waiter. She then took our drink order and brought us our drinks. At 630 our waiter took our order. At 640 the house salad I ordered came- no bread, no napkins. At 7:00 we left without ever seeing our dinner. Offered to pay for tea and salad. Mind you that they weren’t busy at all at 6 but were crowded at 7. Apparently there were other people that left without being served as well.

The food was ok. It was lacking a bit in flavor. Something has changed but I cant say what exactly. My issue was the service. The girl who sat us apparently had her parents a couple of tables over and she and our server were constantly at their table.we received no biscuits or cornbread while there. We weren’t even offered them. I had water to drink and had to break our server from talking to the parents so I could get a refill. They were clearly more interested in socializing than serving. Other than that, the service was ok.

Leeds, Alabama the day after Christmas at lunch time. We (table of 3) were seated within 5 minutes and our waitress Heather brought drinks and took orders. It took over an hour to get our food. Heather brought us some biscuits and cornbread to tide us over until the food arrived. It appeared there were few waitresses and fewer cooks in the kitchen. However, the food was hot and fresh and delicious. And Heather is an exceptional server. As busy as she was, she was pleasant and efficient.

Loved the campfire beef meal. The beef was very tender and great flavor with delicious vegetables. Terrible service though. The restaurant wasn’t real crowded but we waited at least 20 minutes to make our drink order. By then we were ready to order our food. Still took well over 30 minutes to get our food . The waitress just didn’t seem to care and wasnt friendly. Not like our usual trips to Cracker Barrel.

Good food, coffee. Server was pleasant, he disappeared for awhile, and we asked another server for our silverware. They were a bit busy, Sunday afternoon. I Love the nostalgia inside, and the little store.
Love that I got to pay from the check too! That was new since last time we were there. Thank you for keeping it the same, and not changing! Sometimes we all need to step back into the past, to bring a smile from memories made!

My wife and I were seated and noted how few customers were in the restaurant. More customers came in and their orders were taken. Right before we were about to leave, our server arrived and took our orders. We waited for over 40 minutes without getting our food. A few customers who came in after we did had eaten their food and were leaving. When we finally received our food, my wife’s order was not correct. We mentioned our issues to a manager but she did not seem too concerned and only said she would have to work with the server. We finally left over an hour and a half since arriving. My food was great, however.
