My husband and I often visit this Cracker Barrel location and we’ve had great experiences. Lizette, Susan and Mya at the Wesley Chapel, FL location are all EXCELLENT hosts/servers. I wanted to mention all three of them because they stood out, by being very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. We love the shrimp campfire skillet, please don’t get rid of it. This was an excellent idea and addition to the Cracker Barrel menu.

Got in quickly on a Friday night. Ordered a fried chicken salad. Was very disappointed when I got it. It hardly had cheese and 3 slices of cucumber. The waitress was great though, very on top of things. She brought me more cucumbers and cheese. She even offered onions and bacon but they were out of bacon. It definitely made it better. I won’t however be ordering the salad from here again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm, rustic atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was delicious—comfort food at its finest! I also love browsing the country store after meals, which are filled with unique gifts and nostalgic items. Cracker Barrel truly offers a charming, wholesome experience that I can’t wait to revisit. Highly recommend!

Sub level constant noise level, waiter was very good taking order, very helpful but then had to ask someone else for ketchup, hot sauce, jam. Food was getting cold…would have been good to ask if any extras needed…

We are traveling from Arizona and we were looking for one of our favorite restaurants, cracker barrel. We found this on our Google maps in route to where we were headed. So I placed an order online, which I have done before with ease. This time it was not the same. My email said everything had been confirmed but when I got there they didn’t even see my order in their system. Not a problem I figured we would get it figured out. I showed them my confirmation number and all of that and they couldn’t seem to locate our food order. At 15 minutes past the time it told me to get there, I went back up to the counter to find out what was going on. As I was inquiring, one of the employees were bringing it out from the back. Perhaps just poor communication among the front of the house and back of the house? Not sure about that. But when I brought the food back out to our RV to eat, the food was cold, not just some of it, ALL OF IT! I have never had food like this from cracker barrel before. The sausage patties were overcooked and dried out yet cold. It was awful. They did not put any napkins in the bag or any eating utensils or any syrup for my daughter’s pancakes. I was surprised in a negative way. And because we were on the road, we did not turn around and address the issue. We just will not be returning to this location and I recommend if you’re placing an order online or over the phone that you check it before you leave. That part was my fault

I ordered food for delivery using the Cracker Barrel app. I have never had satisfactory food when I have ordered it this way and will no longer attempt to do so. The app allows you to specify how you want your bacon prepared: either soft or crispy. I always select crispy. It never is. And this last time, even the hashbrown casserole was half-done. The entire order was ice cold. Using the app, you have no way to resolve any problems with your order, either. I contacted customer service as directed and never received a response.

We went to eat at this Cracker Barrel on Saturday late afternoon around 5 pm. Our drink and meal orders were taken quickly. Our drinks came out quickly. Our food took quite a bit longer. We did end up asking if it was coming soon after 30 minutes. Once the food came, it tasted very good. We left before our server said our biscuits would be finished. The restaurant is right at the exit for State Route 54 off of I 75.

Breakfast in the afternoon – always a good choice at Cracker Barrel! Fresh coffee, coarse ground grits, two eggs, country fried steak and biscuits and gravy. It was delicious and filling. Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant. It was a great experience.
