This Cracker Barrel never disappoints, the food is so good and amazing values. I’ve ordered several items on the menu like catfish, country fried chicken, meatloaf, all are good. The pancakes especially are the best I’ve had and a must try. I bought some of the pancake mix to take home.

I waited quite a while for the hostess to show up. Once I was seated, the service was quite slow and the demeanor of the staff was not very friendly or engaging. The fried pickles were not good. They were soaked with oil and the pickles were wilted and lacked any dill flavor. The steak was a bit gristly, but not bad. The broccoli was cooked nicely and the coleslaw was good.

Food was horrible. Asked for French Toast. See pic. It was soaked in some Cinnamon sauce. Absolutely terrible. Server did nothing about it! Scrambled eggs were to have cheese added… looked like pieces of a singles cheese was added last minute and unmelted. Police were sitting three tables over and they had their police radio traffic loud enough for the whole room to have to hear every word. Another joke of a Cracker Barrell.

The food is good if you go inside. Order to go and they treat you like crap pay them you dint matter brunt food ordered a half a chicken got no breasts, two thighs and waited an hour after they told me to be there in twenty five minutes. Although the food was delicious as always, we were extremely disappointed in the service. We weee given our menus as soon as we sat. 25 minutes to the clock we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. Another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then take our order. We are very patient people but when people are served food first that arrived well after we did is hard to accept. When we addressed this with our waitress she gave us a sad look and said she was behind. Told her ai thought the drinks should at least be offered. Said she couldn’t do it. Our food was good when it arrived. We enjoyed the shopping. Just may think twice about popping in for food next time. Best place to find a birthday gift. So many new things to choose from as always

We reserved a table for 20 with store manager Paul who was very friendly and accommodating. Our group arrived, as planned, two days later. We had dining room #3 all to ourselves. Service by Carey and Emily was outstanding… prompt food delivery and speedy refills on our beverages. The restaurant gladly gave checks to individuals and couples. Easy access to nearby Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Florida.

My family comes to Cracker Barrel every year for Thanksgiving lunch. Our server Rishae B. was the best. She was very quick and attentive. My kids loved the holiday hot chocolates! They came with a Christmas tree peep. So festive!

Next time someone orders a delivery order make sure the order is secured and cant be tampered with. Like put some safeguards in for that. Yall don’t even close the packaging properly. Do better. That would be a plus.
