I ordered catfish fillets and they weren’t very good because they were so big. The hush puppies, fries and coleslaw were good. My husband had pancakes and hash brown casserole and he liked them.

This was my first time at Cracker Barrel yes my first time I had the best experience ever my server’s name was Irene she was amazing awesome sweet kind patient understanding very knowledgeable about the menu and the items on the menu she explained to me how famous they are for their pancakes and for their biscuits she allowed me to take as much time that I needed to make choices the hot tea was delicious because it was decaf I enjoy a cup of hot tea in the morning and to be able to have that with my first time meal at Cracker Barrel with such a delight my food when it came to the table it was perfect my ex were amazing I had the best pancakes ever the little bottles of warm syrup or a treat how cool was that I have a sampler so I had a taste of the bacon the sausage and the ham each and every one of these items that I have on my plate was impeccable hats off to the chef because they did an amazing job 10 thumbs up to my girl Irene she was awesome holding it down she got a party of at least 20 after seeing me and she was still holding it down and keeping her attention and focus on me as well as her large party I have the best first experience add Cracker Barrel I’ll tell you what I will be back my server Irene did mention to me that they have blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes so I do have to come back to enjoy some of those blueberry pancakes the original pancakes that I had today were so good now I understand why everybody Raves about Cracker Barrel’s pancakes they do take you back to Grandma’s house delicious fluffy hot and the butter just sets It Off for me because my grandma always used real butter with the salt in it that truly brought me back to my Grandma’s Kitchen after eating breakfast I was able to go into the shopping area to purchase some items which were truly unique I did get three people off of my Christmas list at the same time how cool was that they also had 50% off sales and 70% off sales I’m telling you guys if you’re looking for Christmas gifts you guys need to stop by Cracker Barrel because they have what you are looking for and unique gifts thank you co-workers for telling me about Cracker Barrel and it’s wonderful pancake I will be back I had the best experience thank you Cracker Barrel for employing such a great person as Irene I truly enjoyed having her as my server she was like an old friend easy to talk to patient and kind and we mustn’t forget the price for the mail I had it was a steal

We were staying the night in town as we were traveling through and we stopped in here for a bite to eat. It was clean, well lit up at night. Great location. The staff were very friendly and or food was good. So glad it stays open later as we got here about 9 pm. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

I came in today on October 27, 2025
With my family. The service started out okay but as time went on it declined. What I order came out wrong I informed the waitress she sent it back . Came back still completely wrong I asked for my eggs to be fried hard. Came out raw both times. The waitress said oh what happened I said it’s still raw I told at this point I don’t want them now. Waitress took no real level of concern to fix or offer a manager at no point during this issue. We had to ask for a refill several times. My dad ask for a order of biscuits which actually came with his meal never got it. After that we go to check out the cashier ask how was I service we told her what happened once again failed to offer a manager plus we was over charged on our order. I highly will not be eating here anymore the levels of no real accountability and communication is is bad . Plus my sausage was under cooked. I should have be offer a discount or replace meal or something but they don’t care about there customers at all.

Thanksgiving a little different this year. Came to GA to visit our daughter in hospital expecting a baby. Was able to celebrate with the help of Cracker Barrel providing the best Thanksgiving meal. From start to finish easy and food was delish!!!

Today was a real big disappointment. We wanted to go eat with our three little boys and were more than excited. Unfortunately we waited over 45 minutes for our food, we had to decide to let them pack it up for us since the kids got very impatient. Not only had my husband to still wait 30 extra minutes for food, while we waited in the car, they didn’t even apologize. We came home to see even more disappointment in the boxes of food. These were wasted $70… we definitely won’t go back! No sauce with the country fried steak, no refills on drinks while we were waiting on our table. Disappointing!

I never imagined Cracker Barrel could hire someone so rude, and their management would approve of such behavior. I had a delivery at my house and found two meals that had already been eaten, with napkins inside the containers. I called them and sent pictures, but they refused to believe me. I could understand their skepticism due to all the frauds, but when I spoke to management, she refused to believe that any of her workers could do that. I had a long day of work and just wanted to have a meal with my family. I didn’t want to keep calling them to get our food right. This has happened at least six times since we moved from Campbell, hoping that this Cracker Barrel would maintain the standards of our old one. This is just my experience and the same thing keeps happening. I’m the kind of person who might think, “Maybe this person is having a rough day,” but others have had similar experiences with rude behavior. If you decide to go to this Cracker Barrel, just be aware of their behavior. Hopefully, this comment and others will make them change.

We had our first meal of the day on 1/11/25 at approximately 2pm. My family decided on Cracker Barrel. Honestly, the last time I ate at a Cracker Barrel was in 2021 in Indiana. LOL!
We were greeted with a smile at the reception area and there was a 15 minute wait time. We enjoyed and had fun looking through all the merchandise at the store. We purchased some snacks, candy and the Cracker Barrel pancake mix.
We were seated around the 15 minute mark. We were a family of six. Our server (I don’t recall her name) was truly excellent. We ordered drinks and food. She brought the drinks first then shortly served us with our food and was on point. She provided us with sufficient napkins (we had four kids) and refilled our drinks timely.
We ordered the following:
-Southern BBQ Ribs with 2 sides (coleslaw & pancakes) $18.69.
-Crispy Tender Dippers with a side of mac n cheese $12.99.
-New York Strip Steak and Eggs with hash brown $18.79.
-Two LIL Barrel Cheeseburgers (Kids) $6.19.
-One order of buttermilk biscuits $2.99.
-One order of cornbread muffins $2.99.
My family agreed that we enjoyed all our food with the exception of the cornbread. It was not sweet and would require honey or honey butter. My ribs were flavorful and cooked perfectly. We packed our leftovers for home.

Claire in the gift shop provides exceptional customer service and goes out of her way to help others. I know she has been there for several years and has become the most warm and welcoming face of the Columbus location. Claire is a gem! Cracker Barrel is a home away from home and always reminds me of my grandparent’s living room. It’s a cozy and comfortable vibe.

Sunday after church. Parking lot was full, we almost left. They were fully staffed. Seated immediately, after 3 minute wait, waiter arrived. I ordered chicken fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, corn muffins. Wife ordered a vegetable plate with corn bread. Service was excellent, food excellent and when it came time to leave there was a long line to pay, but they had all registers open. Wonderful experience, liked i remembered it.
