Service was great, Vivian was very attentive. The food was delicious. The only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because my wife loves Cracker Barrel specifically for their eggs in a basket. They said they couldn’t make them but had no problem making an egg sandwich. We didn’t push, but given eggs in a basket is simply a piece of toast and a fried egg it was a bit off putting. Great food and good experience overall though. My grandpa plate was perfect!

If you’re lucky enough to have Ms. Haley, you’re in good hands. She kept on top of us, even through the end of dinner rush, making sure our drinks were never empty and that we knew the reason we waited around 15 minutes for food (not a long wait at all). When our orders didn’t come out perfect, we said don’t worry about it. She still corrected the error on my plate and the poor serving on my fiancée’s. She was great and we’ll be back.

We can always count on a good hot breakfast. The general store is fun to shop at especially during the holidays. The server we had did a phenomenal job keeping up with a routy early morning group. As usual the restrooms are clean and the parking lot was easily accessible from the interstate exit. We stopped back by on the way home from our Florida vacation for dinner. They were cleaning up while we were eating and I wish they could have been a little quieter. They were knocking chairs, filing up the pepper / salt shakers snd swerping the floors and were so noisy it was hard to talk at our table. 8:38pm

They left us sitting there for a long time. No one came to our table. The waitress go to other tables that got sitted after us. I don’t want to call them racist but it sure felt like it. Black people’s table was ignored. Three other white people tables greeted hello and asked can they take their drink order. We will not return. I can spend my money elsewhere. We finally had a waitress sent to our table after my husband brought it to their attention.

Worst cracker barrel I’ve ever ate at. Biscuits was half done, service was terrible, nothing was very edible including the hash brown casserole. Nothing had taste, and what did have taste wasn’t good at all. Was 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and we all felt the same.
