Didn’t have to wait on a table but the restaurant was very noisy. Food had a different texture and taste from this dish at the chain’s other locations I’ve visited. Glare from the windows almost made the menus unreadable. Prices weren’t bad.

I always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel. The food and service are good. Every one of the stores I’ve visited, from here ( GA ) to Texas, and GA to Wi are always clean, well stocked and have great clothing that I never see anywhere else. You can always find something on clearance and I love me some clearance racks. And, the stock of candy there that has me thinking way back is awesome! There is always an unusual gift to find in their stores.
What I don’t like is one particular employee in my face trying to make a sale ( Macon Riverside Dr location ) . She does not take a hint to be left alone. Don’t get me wrong, she is a very nice lady, but entirely to PUSHY! I’ve encountered this situation numerous times. Today, I avoided shopping. I did pick up a pretty sweater that would have looked good on my mother, and low and behold, this lady started in when I was trying to show it to my mother, ( I put it back. It irritated me to have her continuingly talking over me while I was addressing my mother) and didn’t stop until we left.
I say take a hint. When you ask if someone needs help and they tell you they are just browsing or will let you know if we need help, DO NOT keep following them around and being pushy with each item they touch or pick up. We can read the signs stating something is on sale and for how much.
Otherwise, I love these restaurants.

The BEST service of ANY Cracker Barrel we have EVER visited! From the hostess,front counter staff, and server were amazing! We felt at home with home style cooking ! The managers checked not only us but everyone!! The restaurant was clean and inviting. We will make this restaurant a family stop when heading south!!

Can’t go wrong with Cracker Barrel. Today is Thanksgiving ’25….I travel for work, so Cracker Barrel was the logical choice. I had the Thanksgiving “special”. All the food was excellent…my only issue…the portions. Fair priced at $16.99…..but I think the portions should have been a little more than what they were. Pumpkin Pie was AWESOME!!!

This store is not vegetarian friendly! They create promotions, sales, and giveaways that excludes vegetarians. Management will not try to rectify this problem.
I was also told by our waitress that Cracker Barrel limits meals that include biscuits to only two biscuits. If you want more than two, you have to pay for them.

I came in today with my family, and all around it was a pretty pleasant experience. We were instantly greeted as we came in, we were sat quickly and the waitress (Julia) was prompt and super friendly. We quickly had our drinks, the food came out hot and it was all very tasty. Julia definitely made the whole experience worth while with her table service. Between us all we had country fried steak, pork chops, chicken fried chicken and I had the grilled catfish. Would recommend and will definitely be back in the future. Great job!

Was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Cracker Barrel…it took over 30 minutes to get our food and my chicken and dumplings had no seasoning at all.
The wait staff was nice; I think the food delay was due to the kitchen. While we did go in a Sunday, it was after 2:00pm and not during lunch or dinner time.

We got the Sunrise sampler which offered a sampling of plenty food. The food was good, but could have been hotter. It was just warm. The pancakes were delicious with a nice crisp around the edges. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and fast. We had a good experience at this Cracker Barrel.
