First time visit at this location. Brianna was the waitress and she was very responsive and prompt.
It’s been a couple years since I ate at a cracker barrel, and there have been some big changes since.
The gravy is changed. I used to get brown gravy with onions in it but that’s not available, or maybe still on pork chop Tuesday. They also don’t have Lima beans or cabbage anymore. The chicken fried chicken has a different batter on it too. Compared to many years ago.

Neal was our server for dinner tonight and he was totally awesome!! He is very in tune with what his customers want/need.
Since it’s just the two of us, my husband and I eat out a lot and we can say without hesitation that Neal provided us with absolute the best customer service of any waiter, at any restaurant, ever!
He truly went above and beyond to check in with us to make sure everything we ordered was perfect, Not just correct but perfect!!
Then throughout dinner he also made sure we had ice tea refills, biscuits, etc., all during our meal. He is super thoughtful!!
Everything he did was all about providing excellent customer service and making sure they have an awesome experience! We appreciate that, Neal. Thank you.

I just had the worst experience ever at a CB. Food and service was awful. Bad enough the table beside me left bc they never got their food. I am now headed to find something to eat after paying for whatever that was.

Had breakfast there this morning with my family. Our server was Neal. Neal was outstanding!!! One of the best servers we’ve encountered in a long time. He introduced himself and shook my husbands hand. Kept us updated on our order and our drinks refilled. Very professional, courteous, and you could tell he comes with tons of experience! The service was very poor. It took 40min to bring out food for 3 people – and the highlight – 50% of the order was completely wrong items.
The food by itself tasted mediocre. Louisiana skillet rice was overstated. Broccoli overcooked. Deep fried appetizers (cheese and onion) almost tasteless and greasy. The fruits were not fresh. No reason to come back unfortunately

We went here for lunch the day after Xmas while out doing returns. It was a very hectic day but our lunch at Cracker Barrel made it a lot better! Food was awesome and our server,Heather was absolutely AMAZING!! She was SO attentive and sweet! We will definitely be asking for her when we come back!!

We had lunch at Cracker Barrel today and were lucky to have Neal as our server. He was welcoming, attentive and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was handled smoothly, our food was perfect, and we never had to ask for anything. Neal’s great attitude really stood out and made our visit a pleasant one. Thank you, NEAL!!!! Had Valentines dinner here tonight. Neal was our server and he was wonderful! He was very professional yet engaging and full of stories and fun conversation while also giving us our space to have our Valentines meal. The food was wonderful as always but Neal was the star of the show. He even bagged up our leftovers for use and brought plenty of yummy rolls and cornbread muffins! Thanks, Neal!

Terrible. Seems they can not longer cook properly. Eggs scrambled well are now crispy one side and runny the other. Bacon was way undercooked. Biscuits were like eating tires. Second basket of biscuits did not break any teeth but still pretty tough. Waitress was nice but overloaded cause despite being told she would be back with coffee in a minute we never got past the first cup. Crackerbarrell needs to get back to It’s roots and cook the basics properly before worrying about the upsells and mimosas cause the core business patrons won’t keep coming in the door otherwise.

I went in for breakfast. The server immediately told us she was new which was fine, India was her name. She was very nice. I ordered a hot vanilla latte which I never ordered from Cracker Barrel before. It was ok. Then I ordered the Good morning breakfast. It was ok the white eggs were good, I got them scrambled, the grits tasted kinda watery, the turkey sausage was good. The order was suppose to come with a fruit cup but I didn’t get it. I actually didn’t remember til after I was gone. That was one of the reasons I ordered it. I wish I remembered i didn’t get it. Other then that the service and over all experience was good. It always has nice things in the gift shop. I would’ve thought the Christmas cd’s would’ve been discounted.
