First time at this location. Got a table immediately at 10 am. R. Douglas was very friendly and helpful at our table. Food was served hot and fresh. Bathrooms were clean. Cashier at check out was very friendly as well.

We waited at the hostess station for over 5 minutes and nobody came. It was 2pm on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy. I finally asked the cashier if we could get seated. It took another 5 minutes. Our server Austin was very nice and checked back frequently. However, the person that delivered the food missed two items on my order that I had to remind them to bring out. The eggs were done perfectly but the ham was like leather. My husband said his chicken fried chicken was great. This is not the Cracker Barrel you want to go to if you are traveling and want to get in and out.

We decided on Cracker Barrel for a late brunch. We got seated immediately upon entering and got to looking at the menu’s. We got drinks and ordered food right when they came to the table. Shortly later that the 3 other tables got filled next to us, after a 20 min wait 2 tables that got sat after us were served their food. At the 50 min mark our server had passed us 3 or 4 times with no update or courtesy message on the wait. Around the hour mark she came and asked is what we ordered again. She had only 1 table other than us when we ordered. Needless to say it was a terrible experience and we left without getting our meal. We absolutely will not be back to this location. A coworker of mine was also there at the same time and they didn’t have a great experience during their visit. If you want good service or atleast your meal dont come here to thus location.

Shondra was outstanding and attentive as a server.
Ordered their steak and shrimp special, which was tasty. If it was a little more tender I’d rated higher, but it wasn’t.
They didn’t have baked potato, but server recommended their mash potatoes with everything.. It was simply delicious and will try again rather than a loaded potato. The coca cola double chocolate cake was moist and went well with a little scoop of ice cream.
Additionally, ordered a meal to go.. You can’t beat the $5 price.

Another trip to this Cracker Barrel with another service issue. The first time it was the long delay of getting a table. This time it was a problem get the order itself. It took some time to get acknowledged and food r While my son and I were in ahead of 4 other folks, with 2 individuals on one table each, and two additional tables with 2 individuals each. We placed our order in first, both were very simple common orders, one with 2 eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits and the other order was chicken tenders with broccoli and potatoes. First, all of those other tables were served their food before us and actually two of the 4 finished their food before we even got ours. Amazing service isn’t?
The chicken tenders were delivered all stuck together, I would think they cook better separated and my eggs, well the image is the roughly $10 feed, but the two eggs were paper-thin and kinda overcooked. This picture looks better than the real thing in front of me at the time.
The manager came by and asked us about our meal, and we pretty well unloaded on him, pointing out our dissatisfaction. He gave us 5% off the meads and was done. However, we were not. I belong to the CB Loyalty program, and we got an additional $5 off. Not sure where the problem lied, in the kitchen or with our server. Hopefully they all will all get the problems cleared up. This is not a common problem with CB, but this one seems to have more issues and it is the one closest to our location.

My fiancee loves this place. We went to different location this time. Its very consistent. It was packed. It was sunday. They’ve plenty of rocking chairs outside for you to wait. My fiancee’s daughter was quite excited after I told her Bruce Bruce was sitting opposite her. She was so close to embarrassing me. The waiter who works 2 other jobs was top tier. Food was delicious. However I feel like cracker barrell is caught in enigma. Their old clientele does support during the week and the young clientele perfer more nouveau restaurants.

I love Cracker Barell! I bet they make more money from me shopping than from the food I eat. It is always a great day to eat Cracker Barell any time of day or night. I love the fact that we can overnight in most of their parking lots with our motorhome while traveling. I do wish they had a dumping and filling area for motorhomes. The food was hot and fresh, the amenities clean, and the service was impeccable. Thank you
