Dropped in for breakfast, food was hot and service was great!
Update as of 8/3/25 – ordered carry out dinner, experience was disappointing in comparison to breakfast! The Mac n cheese was runny and not good at all, the cashier area was crowded with people waiting for orders that were not ready at the eta. Some of us waited about 15 minutes past time.
Only will visit during non peak breakfast hours

My family of seven and I tried this location for breakfast today. We were sat within ten minutes and our server Caitlin* was very informative and patient. We were able to order and have our food within twenty minutes. The quality was pretty good and we were able to get in and out. I would visit this location again if in the area.

I did a to-go/delivery order on 10/21 @1:15pm. I paid extra for condiments & I received nothing no silverware, no butter, no syrup NOTHING. When I called they said the were rushing and forgot. As I proceeded to eat my food I found pieces of bacon & some other fried food under my pancake. Then as I go to eat my Steak bowl there was a macaroni noodle in my bowl, & if I can recall my bowl should only have hashbrowns, eggs, & steak. I didn’t even have the peppers and tomatoes on the top. I just threw everything in the garbage. At that point I was very irritated and didn’t want it anymore. I’ve never had an issue before

I arrived on Sunday expecting to wait; I was advised of an estimated wait time of 60 minutes but was seated after 35 minutes. I experienced that Dawn, our server, was impressive but appeared overworked due to her having many tables to serve, but she handled it well. I like how she started, “it is an honor to serve you.” She was excellent and informative! The food was tasty, and I enjoyed my experience at Cracker Barrel; I know you might have to wait, and the restaurant is crowded and loud, but you experience fantastic service, and tasty. Also, make sure you ask for “free biscuits!”

From the hostess to the cashier, everything was perfect. My 2 boys and I decided to give Cracker Barrel another chance; especially since our last experience was absolutely horrible (different location than were we at today. Bad experience was at the location in Pear, Texas to be exact). It was about a 5 minute wait to be seated. Our Server KoKo was absolutely amazing. She was very welcoming and greeted my boys with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. Our drinks came out quickly. And our food within 20-30 minutes of placing the order. The food was hot, the plates were hot and she even had all the condiments requested during ordering. We were in and out within an hour. By far, this was the best service I’ve had at any Cracker Barrel. And we eat at Cracker Barrel Often. Thank you KoKo and the entire staff at this location.

Good food. Always a long line on Saturday and Sunday mornings as expected. Worth the wait if your tired of waffle house. Plenty of fully stocked gifts to purchase. Definitely worth stopping in. Pancakes highly recommended. Clean restrooms.

My family and I waited just under 10 minutes to be seated and no one even acknowledged us. We saw 1 cashier, 1 hostess and 4 waitresses who looked at us, walked past us and came back past us again and didn’t say 1 word. No “someone will be with you soon,” “good evening,” nothing. I counted 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. Customer service in the Lithia Springs area is just sad and Cracker Barrel is falling to the same below average standards.
