I have given this location 3 Togo tries, every single time has been HORRIBLE. I have filled out their survey they emailed me twice. This is the last time I will been getting food from them, I’d rather drive to Calhoun and know service is better. Legit 10+ mins past pick up time, every time. At least THREE things wrong with my order, every times. NO COMMUNICATION. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand some things are out of your control, such as running out of prepped food, you should NEVER make subs without asking the guest or telling them. If you are running behind, LET THE GUEST KNOW. I waited 20 mins past, got my order, it was wrong, went inside. The staff stated “a few minutes” for the correct item. I waited 30 ADDITIONAL minutes in the store. A female manager walked past me MANY times in the time I was waiting. She wouldn’t even make eye contact, maybe that is part of the problem? She was as avoidant as her staff! If I knew it would’ve been that long, I would’ve ask to sub or refund. Got home and more was wrong.

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes, never received our order. Asked our waitress and another status of our order. Neither came back to give an update. This is after being told 40 minutes after ordering they were out of dumplings. 2pm on a Sunday, not super busy.
