Food was cold, the menu is smaller, wait staff was slow, did not give us kids menu’s even though we had two kids with us. The blue haired hostess was basically having a melt down.

One of the best Cracker Barrels we have ever eaten at. The server and host and cashier ladies were all spectacular!! We also stayed in the parking lot for RVs overnight. Very safe and well lit and roomy.

Well it was a New Year’s Eve and late in the afternoon so we had lots of room as the restaurant was not busy yet. We are able to order off of the seniors or smaller menu so the portions were fine but not huge. Which is just fine because it should be eating a huge place, but it’s it’s just you know a little less than your normal dinner. So two enough people have the meatloaf they said was good. I had a grilled chicken and it was very good so all around everybody enjoyed their view. There was six of us so it was a good visit

We had good lunch here. Place was beautiful and they have so much merchandise for shop as well. All the staffs were friendly except our waitress. She seemed little off and slow. But cozy atmosphere and food made up for it. Good lunch or dinner place.

Conveniently located off I-75. They were not too busy this Saturday morning. No line, no wait.
The waitress was exceptional! She was pleasant and attentive. My eggs were served cold but she came back with more without a hassle.

Stopped for breakfast with my son and the young ladies who sat us, waited on us and checked us out were all very friendly. The food was good and came out quickly despite them being busy. Will be back next time we pass through.

There are better, Cracker Barrel‘s. We ordered at 8:30om because we’ve been on the road all day. Of course you can’t get a hold of anybody when calling anymore to place an order, so it goes straight to a outsourced service person who sounded like a robot. He called back the order to me twice and it was correct, but it came out wrong at the restaurant. They insisted it was the order takers fault, but once I looked at the ticket that was taped to the bag it specifically states exactly what I stated on the phone. I requested gravy on the side. There’s a reason I asked for gravy on the side. They put tons of gravy all over the meat and the potatoes. The brown gravy tasted nothing like it used to. It tasted like fake gravy , so those were ruined.. My meal is broken up into several meals, and I don’t like gravy all over it for the next day. They also charged two bucks For brown gravy that my husband had for his hamburger steak. He wanted the gravy on the side and they charged him. The six dollar Coca-Cola cake was all over the container in one sloppy mess. And the hash brown casserole was not cooked in the oven for sure. I think they grabbed hash brown casserole from the pans they were probably using the next day. The potatoes were raw, runny & not crispy on top. Had to reheat everything and literally was only next door. Cornbread was flat. Had to ask for utensils , not in bag. Very disappointing to spend that much money on subpar food and service. And by the way, there was no one else in the restaurant. Tried calling the store to make a complaint to the manager, and of course, I waited over 10 minutes so I hung up & decided to leave this review.
Cracker Barrel sure isn’t like it used to be and the reason I know is I used to work for them long ago. We took pride in our consistent, good food, and good service. Sorry to see it go downhill.

First time. This pace is awesome. Staff is super friendly i felt as if they were my family. Food was delicious. Apple ice tea was fire. Cheyanne, thank you for your sweet hospitality . Definitely stopping by whenever i pass by here
