We had a great experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to the excellent service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly, which we really appreciated. The food arrived fast and was fresh, but overall it was a bit mediocre and lacked the flavor we were hoping for. I could have cooked my cheesy eggs better at home. While it was tasty enough, it didn’t quite stand out. Still, the warm service and quick turnaround made the visit enjoyable, and it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a fast, comfortable meal with good hospitality.

Not sure what to think of this place. We waited an hour for our food to come out to us. That only happened because I asked to speak to a manager. He brought the food out himself. Our food was cold. Our server was nice but never brought back a refill after I asked her for one.
They forgot to bring food we ordered out all together. We had some but not all. We still paid for our meal and left a full tip. The last thing they could do was offer us a discount but we never got anything from the manager but excuses.
Poor leadership leads to poor service.

The best part about this whole experience was the gift shop. I bought a tree light with glitter inside plus several pairs of earrings. Got home, hooked up the tree light. It didn’t work. Now I’m driving 5+ miles back to Cracker Barrel to see if I can swap out the light for one that works.
The girl put her own batteries in the light I returned and jiggled stuff. It finally started working. She said, it works, you just have to jiggle it. I told her, “I shouldn’t and I won’t jiggle anything to make it work. That’s the whole point of having a switch.”
The lady working the front end or gift shop was very nice and offered to get me another one. I took a new one home that worked, only because we tried it at the store this time.

Haven’t been to this restaurant in a very long time. Only came to bring the kids since they have never been. Wasn’t crowded and they had a big enough table for our group. Server was nice and also met the manager Mike. He was great. Kids had plenty to choose from. They loved the checkers. Food came out quickly and warm. Ordered a margarita came out and realized it was from the can. But it was fine. I enjoyed my food. Kids liked the food. Pancakes were delicious. Overall good experience and we were pleased.

I had the pleasure of going to Cracker Barrel this morning. I had the BEST service ever. My server Shima was very pleasant and made sure our food was top notch. What made this experience awesome? I had a meal in mind, but was not aware it was a meal that has come back to the menu. Shima, knew the menu enough to inform me that was a meal. Our food didn’t come out as expected. Shima, our waitress, told the manager. The manager, Michael, was more than accommodating. He came to the table and let us know he was having our meal made over. I certainly appreciated the service from everyone. Good service is hard to come by, I’m so happy we decided to come here this morning. I will definitely be back!!!

Chocolate chip pancakes and hashbrown casserole were good, but i added extra cheese to the eggs for $1.50 and the amount provided was pitiful. Steak was way overcooked as well.

Cracker Barrel food is always good comfort home cooking and consistent across all locations. Love all their dishes. Their food is defintely what keeps me coming back. And their service in store is always good. However, they need to do a better job with their take out service. Food is never ready when you arrive, even if you arrive past the time it is suppose to be ready and/or the restaurant in not currently busy. Also, always check your order before you leave, because they almost always leave something out.

We were served by Mama Cara and her service was absolutely awesome! She was so cheerful, friendly and attentive. Upon knowing that I had traveled a super long journey flight ( Singapore to Atlanta) she surprised me with a free brownie cake when I asked for my bill. She really make my day from my long hours flight! I also wanted to comment the great service from the retail staff. They are so patient and helpful. I can’t find anyone in the outlet that’s grumpy and they are truly enjoying their work. Kudos to you, Cracker Barrel, you have done a great job in training your staff and making them so happy at work. I will definitely be back to this restaurant before I am back to Singapore. I have always loved this brand for their service and great food. I loved your pancakes and Thank you for never disappointing me and always make me come back to you whenever I am in US
