We love eating at Cracker Barrel and after our experience tonight I just had to write a review. We have so many nice things about our experience tonight at Cracker Barrel. First our waiter, Wes was absolutely amazing. So attentive, kind, and fast. He’s everything a waiter should be. The food was delicious, and came out quick! Next time we go we are definitely asking for Wes! He was so gracious with the tip we gave him for his beyond amazing customer service.

Came in for lunch and was super impressed with the app check-in for the wait, we walked right in and the host stand said “Jonathan?” when I walked up… Great start. I was disappointed that the choice of Nashville Hot Chicken on Sunday was sold out… Maggie did a great job with an offered alternative, but I went back for my grilled chicken… I must say Maggie did a great job taking care of us and ensuring we had refills and all the extras we needed to ensure a great time. I hope I’ll get to try the Nashville Hot Chicken sometime, it shouldn’t sell out so quickly, but that must mean it is good. Overall, really a great experience, but had to give a lower star on the food since what I ordered was out.

This Cracker Barrel location was phenomenal.! We had Cortney as our server she did an amazing job! We had a very large family gathering. They took us right in put a bunch of tables together The food was hot and fresh . Cracker Barrel family is truly blessed to have Such a such a personable and professional server. Although she has only four stars on her sleeve which is the highest cracker Barrel has. We believe she’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Cortney Will be back to see you.

We got there and walked around for a minute or so looking at the items in the front. Waited about ten minutes for someone to seat us and no one came over. But there were a few staff members standing at the check out counter talking and laughing. There wasn’t many guests inside so we just left. No reason for us to stand there for ten minutes when there was not many patrons in the establishment. Felt kinda disappointed and will not be returning. Definitely not going to have my usual day after Thanksgiving breakfast with family there ever again.

My family went to eat last night and Sam was our waitress. She was attentive and helpful with the menu. We ordered one kids meal and two entrees. I got the chicken and steak. My husband got the meatloaf and chicken dumplings. Both were good. Almost too much to eat!

Stopped in here for lunch. We Always enjoy a trip to Cracker Barrel, love looking around their store they have the cutest items for everyone there. We were greeted and taken to a table right away. Our waitress Talatha was the sweetest person. Cheerful, helpful, super sweet and made our trip there amazingly, definitely ask for her if you go to this Cracker Barrel. Our food came out quick and we enjoyed what we got. Great visit today, we will be back

I usually only go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Went with my mom for dinner and it did not disappoint. Had a sandwich with side salad. The chicken was moist and favorable. Everything was amazing. After 10 plus years saying I would never go back, dew to an over all bad experience with service food i mean everything, I finally said ok and went back for breakfast and oh my was it good. The service was amazing the food was hot and fresh. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I will definitely be going back now at least to this one in. Thank you to all the staff for being me back.

Waited far longer than usual for my server to greet me. At first i thought she wasn’t even my server. Kandice passed me 5 times before she finally greeted. What the heck i come here because im hungry. I know what i want, greet me and take my order! I understand if you are busy, but just a quick “ill be right with you” would be nice. I didn’t even think you were my server because of the complete disregard to me. Talk about starting dinner on the wrong foot. Please talk to your servers about punctuality and their attitude towards customer.
And then you serve me cold amd raw food. What the heck is going on!!! Absolutely the poorest service i have ever received in my life, im not kidding. How could you mess up so bad???
