Came in an hour before closing on Tuesday night and it was not busy at all. The food was hot and fresh and so good. Biscuits were incredible. Chicken and dumplings were outstanding as always. Our server fit the part so perfectly. She was so nice with the sweetest southern accent. She served exactly what we ordered and kept the sweet tea full.

I’ve been seeing billboards with the pancakes and have been wanting to try them. Unfortunately these were by far the WORST pancakes I’ve ever had. I can honestly say I’ve eaten crepes that were fluffy. The edges were crispy and tasted like hashbrowns or something else was cooked prior too the pancakes. I have 3 stars because the eggs, ham, and hashbrown casserole was great. We did call and speak to the GM, I believe his name was Derek, to let him know. We are truck drivers and had ordered through doordash so fixing/replacing was not an option. He did offer to replace it next time we pass through, so thank you for that. Also, did not mention to Derek but the coffee was delivered like the picture. Not sure if the dasher spilled it or if it was not filled up but only received about half a cup of coffee.

There’s a reason this place is struggling to stay relevant. Poor quality food. Slow service. Just poor experience in general. Ordered meatloaf so it would be quick. Wrong. Took over 30 min to get food after also waiting to order. Sorry I tried it again after many years. But no more. Oh and I didn’t mention that the pricing now is ridiculous.

We asked the manager for permission to stay overnight in the parking lot in our RV. It is very convenient off of I 85. He said yes, absolutely! He was very welcoming. It was nice to pull right in and head in for dinner. It was very clean and the food was very good. The best part were the people. From the greeter to the waitstaff, everyone was very friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and didn’t rush off. One thing to note-because it’s right by the highway, if you stay overnight, you will hear highway noise. This goes without saying, but it’s good to have your expectations prepared. We would eat and stay again.

The service is consistently kind and attentive, and the food is hearty, hot, and just like home cooking. Their breakfast plates are excellent any time of day, and the biscuits are always fresh and fluffy. The gift shop is charming and full of great seasonal finds. This location is clean, well-run, and full of Southern hospitality. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re traveling through or just craving a comforting meal!

Food was good but the real reason to review is our server. Her name is Julie Ann. We have had her other times as well. Just an excellent example of top notch customer service. She is always very polite. She doesn’t rush you but always fills your cup or comes back by before you think to look for her. Her attention to detail and perfect timing stand out. I hope you get the chance to have her help make your dining just right. The Assistant Manager , David, came around the tables to ask about our experience and also help clean the table. That was reassuring to know he has his teams back.

Update: We love breakfast here. The blueberry pancakes are the best! The store always has a rotating selection of goods – there are definitely some hidden gems!
Great menu with reasonable prices. The biscuits are fresh and fluffy. The chicken and dumplings wasn’t the greatest, but was decent. The roast beef was delicious. The gift shop had many nice offerings as well. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Had been too long since I last ate at a cracker barrel… and first time dining at this location. Everything was fantastic!! Our server Taylor was a delightful young lady, and she took great care of us while we were there. The food was absolutely delicious! I think both my boyfriend (now Fiancee) and I were quite impressed with our entire Dine-in experience. We will undoubtedly be dining here again.
