I came here with a friend, it was about 50 minutes before closing, we were hoping for a tasty and QUICK meal. The staff greeted us, the waiter took our order, but 15 minutes later he came back and said several items were out of stock and offered to change it. Meanwhile, they started cleaning the room. Is it okay that we’re eating there??? The trout, by the way, was pretty good. The woman with the mop was banging it so loudly against the dustpan right next to us that we realized she was having a bad day. But we were the ones who had to suffer, yeah, yeah. Overall, the prices were very reasonable, and the selection was decent for a place of this caliber. And then, at the end, they brought the check: AND IT WAS only part of our order. We were told it was management’s decision, and it was like a treat for their mistake with our order. Guys, we forgive your loud mop! ))) Thank you! But next time, buy a quieter brush, and you’ll be great! )And you can also buy unusual products, drinks, and gifts here!

My partner was craving Cracker Barrel, and we were in the area, so we arrived around 11:00 on a Sunday morning. I fully expected to have to wait a while, but we were immediately seated. It was busy! Danielle was our server and was very communicative with us. Most of the people around us were having breakfast, but I ordered something off of the lunch menu. It took a while to get to us because their lunch menu does not start until 11 am. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken meal, which came with four pieces of bone-in chicken and two sides. For my two sides, I got the macaroni n’ cheese and the broccoli. The food was delicious! My food was clearly made very fresh. It was incredibly filling. The service was excellent for how busy it was. The store also is one of my favorite parts about Cracker Barrel, and the people who were working the registers were so nice! Overall, we had a really nice time here and would definitely come back to this location!

We stopped here for dinner and ordered the meatloaf dinner. It came with two sides. Our waiter was attentive and kept our drinks filled. We enjoyed browsing the country store too. They sell so many interesting things. I loved the assortment of old fashioned candies.

I can’t remember ever having a bad meal at any cracker barrel. This particular cracker barrel did not disappoint. I traveled 5 hrs from ky. To visit my sister. We had a great morning catching up at cracker barrel & having some comfort food.

We stopped in for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised there were booths! The hash brown casserole was excellent as well as the eggs in a basket. Our server, Lisa M. was super helpful and attentive. Great experience and we ll be back to this location soon!

I am a bit taken back by this experience. I ordered the French toast breakfast. My French toast was cold and I had to ask for syrup 3 times. I ordered eggs over easy and they were hard. I ordered regular hash browns and received something cheesy. I ordered sourdough toast and received wheat. The ham was one piece of fat and was not chewable. My drink did not arrive until I asked for it after my meal was served. I did not think it was possible to get everything on one single order wrong. When I tried to let my server know she said she was new and was doing the best she could, but no one would help her. She only had one other table. I felt sorry for her but at the same time, she did not try and fix anything with my order when I asked politely. She ignored me for the rest of the meal and had someone else deliver my check. I am honestly amazed by the whole experience. I don’t see myself stopping by the Cracker Barrel anytime soon. I realize this is only one bad experience, but it will leave a pretty lasting impression.

Probably one of the worst experiences. Service was slow and missing on simple check ups for refills, food quality check ins, and missing items when asking—like corn bread instead of biscuits or bringing ketchup after being asked. Food came out cold or maybe luke warm at best. Usually things are great but the quality has been going down over the last year.

On Sunday, February 8, 2026 I called my order in so I wouldn’t have to wait, once I finished placing my order the young man that took my order didn’t ask me for my name and he had rung up as I was saying do you need my name… I ordered 2
Southern fried chicken plates, my sides were 2 mac & cheese, two turnip greens two pinto bean’s 4 cornbread muffins, cha-cha and onions, too sweet teas, when I got there. My order was not ready. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes before the girl at the register called back. See if my order was ready. Another girl came up and said I don’t think that order was placed.and the young man that took my order was already gone for the day. I said if it wasn’t placed, I am not waiting I will want my money back. She then said I’ll get a manager. The manager came out and said we got your order. I said OK. I had to wait about another 10 minutes. The manager brought my food out and took it to my car, he was nice. I got home and my order was not what I ordered. I ended up with one order of green’s one order of pinto beans, a side order of corn, which I cannot eat, side order of mashed potatoes, Which was Dry order of carrots, a side, order of okra and a side order of I guess that was chicken and dumplings. I don’t know. Two cornbread muffins, and two Biscuits. I am not pleased with my order and I will not be going back to Cracker Barrel for a while. I should have gotten what I ordered for my money yeah they gave me extra sides, but that did not matter. I would have rather had what I ordered. They girl at the register gave me 3 coupons because I had to wait so long.
