We were a party of 8 going in for Thanksgiving lunch. We knew it would be busy. We waited little over 2 hours. The food came out fairly quickly for as busy as they were AND was amazing too. The service was awesomely amazing and friendly.

Several choices of comfort food. I did not see anything healthy on the menu. Service is moderate to poor, with feigned friendliness. Tables and bathrooms were clean. Food presented well. Many things on sale in the gift shop. The giant fireplace was my favorite aspect of the restaurant.

Christina and the other young lady were super kind!! Excellent customer service. Best place to come for unique gifts and stocking stuffers which I got quite a few. Everything shown at end was $100.

This is by far one of the worst Cracker Barrel experiences that I’ve ever had. We waited for 30 minutes to be told that the kitchen ran out of our food and then waited 30 more for our redone orders to come out. When the food came out it was subpar. There was a hair in the sauce and the gravy was cold and stiff. They are severely understaffed and I had a conversation with a waiter and they expressed their disdain towards corporate and the management that has been through 4 managers this year. I will not be coming back after this.

We had a tasty, delicious, mountain view breakfast yesterday here. So awesome! I could eat Crackle Barrell every day if I wasn’t maintaining my weight. I had the BEST grilled chicken salad! The mountains were breathtaking!

We went to Cracker Barrel to celebrate a birthday. It was last minute plans, but I am thrilled we went! I absolutely love the fun shopping experiences in the front of the restaurant, everything from magnets to dresses! The real story, however, is the food! I got French toast, and it is incredible! They have their own personal heated syrups for you and they load you down! I photographed it for you. I also got two eggs, fried, over medium, and they were perfect, also photographed for you. The breakfast meal also came with bacon, but as a vegetarian I requested it be put on a separate plate and gave it to one of my companions. Our server’s name was Faith, and she is amazing. One of my companions is difficult to please, but Faith did an awesome job. I highly recommend this restaurant. They had a large variety of food. They are very clean, with very clean restrooms. Go enjoy yourselves!

We brought the Sprinter up to the North Carolina mountains and spent the night in their parking lot. Arriving not too late in the evening but not hungry, we took a look through the store and bought a few lemon sugar sticks after visiting the clean restrooms.
The parking lot isn’t completely level – it took two risers where we were parked but not bad.
Sorry, no meal this time Cracker Barrel. I owe you one!

Was seated very quickly. Waitress walked over and said she would be with us in just a few minutes. Waited 15 minutes and she never came back over to get our drink order or our food order. Did not even acknowledge us when we got up to leave and she was standing right there as we left.
