This is our second visit to this particular cracker barrel and we had a great experience both times! Our waitress Phifer was amazing. She kept our glasses full and was gracious about a drink we spilled. She was very polite and made our experience even better. I also can’t say enough good things about the food! It was wonderful. We’ll definitely return.

Brittany was an amazing server. Friendly and easy to talk to and didn’t have to ask for anything. We had left a doctor appointment and wasn’t having the best of day but that was quickly turned around. One person truly made that difference and that person was pure server, Brittany. While enjoying our late breakfast we noticed another server, Venus at another table giving just as great of service as we received. She was providing excellent service and had no idea that we noticed. There was no show or put on just doing her job. Great job ladies. We will be back.

I am truly in awe of the amazing experience I had today at the SP Cracker Barrel. Everyone is always so incredibly friendly no matter when we visit but today has me speechless. It is my birthday and my family and I picked here to come for an early dinner. Upon learning it was my birthday, Frank and his amazing staff not only sang to me but also gave me a birthday card that they had all signed. I have NEVER had any establishment go above and beyond like that! I felt so special. What they didn’t know, my dad passed on my birthday years ago. This day is always difficult but Frank and the staff made me feel so incredibly welcome and special. I am beyond touched. I cannot say enough great things about this location and the team here; thank you all so much! I will never forget this birthday. You all made today a happy one with a new happy memory that I will always remember and cherish!

Absolutely great experience. Even though the restaurant was short staffed, the service was excellent. The manager came and announced they was down 4 servers and then he even Served, took drink orders, and made sure everything was ran smoothly! Absolutely great service! 02/28/2026.

Wife took me to Cracker Barrel in Southern Pines NC for my birthday. Anita was our waitress and she was top notch! Told us that a large group was on their way to the restaurant and she put our order in right away. Kept our coffee topped off and served with a big beautiful smile. . If I could find a dozen more like Anita I would open my own restaurant! By the way, the food was great—large portions and well flavored. Everything cooked just right. Can’t wait to go back.

Southern Pines NC 2/25/2026. Print info about CB is in my opinion is false and unwarranted. I have eaten at your restaurants in at least 5 different states. My meal today was Uncle Herschel’s . Just as good as ever. Had my first Country Boy Breakfast in 1970s in Kentucky. I think it was about $6. Keep on doing it the way you always have! And THANK YOU. Joe Powell

Me and my daughter got breakfast here today and it was just simply delicious! Our waitress Brittany was very kind and helpful and very polite! My boyfriend and I stopped in the other day for an early lunch. We were on a road trip and haven’t been to a cracker barrel in years. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and as my boyfriend waited to be seated I ran to where all the little knick knack and gifts are. I was just browsing and getting a couple of chuckles from some of the cute stuff on the shelves. I was asked how my day was going by this sweet young lady. I was caught by surprise because nowadays its rare for an employee to interact with me while im in a store. After speaking to her for a couple of minutes I really felt seen and appreciated for being there as a guest. That young ladies name is Trinity and she really raised the bar on customer service. I can tell that she really loves her job and enjoys to to guest and helping them. That part of the restaurant was cleaned and organized. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I hope Trinity is recognized for all of her hard work and is paid accordingly. We WILL be stopping in on every road trip we take for now on. Thank you cracker barrel and Trinity

The food was good. The service was slow. We waited 25 minutes before our ordered was taken. When our food came out it was warm not hot. We had to keep asking for refills. Our waitress was either over whelmed or having a bad day. I have never had service like this at CB. I will give it another try in the future. On Aug. 22, 2025 my visit was perfect. Food was hot, service was on point and the manager was walking around. The only thing I don’t like is the changing of the CB sign/logo. Please don’t change it.
