Came in at 10:20 in the morning. Restaurant was less than a third busy. Placed order and was told at 11am that our order was 7th in order to be made. We had to get back on the road. The wait time and customer service are atrocious. When we tried to explain to the waitress and staff that we had to leave because of the wait they became indignant and the waitress even threw her cleaning cloth. Yes I was hungry but I had to go. Also I did not deserve the attitude after you had caused the issue.

My husband and I traveled for 4 years and Cracker Barrel was our go to place coast to coast. This restaurant ranks in top spot. Excellent food, cooked perfectly. Great idea to have country ham dinner back also. In addition to great food our waitress was excellent and just sweet as she could be.

Our server Michael was phenomenal! We really loved him!!
My husband got the duo sampler with meatloaf, fried chicken, & 2 sides of mashed potatoes. He absolutely loved it! I got the trio sampler, also with the meatloaf and fried chicken my third thing was chicken & dumplings, I got 3 sides of 2 Mac & cheese and 1 side of coleslaw. My daughter chose to get the Oreo cheesecake pancakes and they were amazing!
My husband & I both LOVED the meatloaf. It reminds me of my nana’s (RIP❤️) recipe from when I was little, which is similar to the one I make at home.
Overall the food was absolutely delicious! If we come across another Cracker Barrel we will absolutely be stopping!

The food was pretty delicious and fresh. We ordered dinner here for the night. We ordered via car side pick up. The server was in a rush to give us our food and kinda just put it through the window and walked off with no greeting. Besides asking if it was for me. Maybe she was needed for another back in the restaurant ASAP. However all customers matter. The food was fresh no issues there. I would order here again.

Beware the Campfire Chicken! The portions was miniscule! Note the size of the leg compared to a fork. We questioned the waitress about the tiny portion size, but was told that was the size of all their campfire chicken. She did offer to let us order more food, but that’s ridiculous to have to order two dinners. It was tasty, but please, upgrade the portion size!

This is a recurring issue with this restaurant, when ordering to-go. They are constantly extremely late – this time, about an hour! The butter packets were melted and busted inside the bag, and chicken was all burnt! I’m fact, they first tried to turn all of the chicken pieces with the burned side down so no one would notice ♂️
Then someone (owner, manager, brand rep) will post a reply claiming they want to fix it and will provide a coupon for a free dine-in entree. No thanks. You know what would fix it? Not sending me rotting fruit and stale biscuits. Thanks.

Great food, great people, love the soft warm glow like you’re walking into your cabin at the end of a long day chopping wood! Surprise! They serve up all kinds of drinks! I had never looked at the salad before and it was hearty and delicious! Added a couple pics for the location specific because it’s down a side road, sorta, but in an easy to get to spot. Oh and there’s gifts galore!

I would have given less stars but the manager was awesome at compensating us for the time and food not being that good in some aspects. The host staff was awesome. The food came out the first time lukewarm. But they remade it and compensated us for time and the quality by taking off some of the bill. The staff could not have been nicer.
As always the store was great. We walked around as we waited for our table. We found cool deals in the clearance area.
