The breakfast was okay, the waitress was excellent! I ordered the country fried steak, scrambled eggs and hash brown casserole. Everything was hot but the country fried steak was not as it used to be. This must have been a Frozen patty already breaded that they just had to fry it on the grill. The scrambled eggs are good. The biscuits were okay and the same with the hash brown casserole. Since somebody else picked up our tab I didn’t complain.

We had an abysmal experience. After ordering, we waited for nearly an hour for our food. We expected to at least get our biscuits while we waited, but never got any. We finally had to flag down our waiter and ask him to bring some. He obliged, but did not bring enough plates for everyone at the table. As we started eating them, our three children (4, 2, and 10 months) started to become somewhat messy, as children of that age tend to do. We realized that we had never received napkins. We flagged the waiter down again and asked for napkins. He brought four napkins. We had seven people in our party, and were forced to share the napkins amongst ourselves. When our food finally came, he said that the manager was going to give us a free dessert since we waited so long. When he brought it out, it was one tiny serving for all seven people at our table to split. We ended up getting one bite each! We have been loyal Cracker Barrel customers for years, but after the service we received tonight we will think twice before going to Cracker Barrel again. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Food was not what it used to be. Everything seemed to taste like a microwaved TV dinner, including mashed potatoes. The menu had changed and was missing some of the original choices. Received no napkins had to ask for them. My beverages stayed empty most of the meal. No fork in the silverware had to ask for it also. Really doubt I will go back. Also, the lady in the gift shop area walked around watching every move as if someone was going to steal something was very annoying. If the company put more attention to the food than the merchandise, it would be a better place to eat.

We ( table of 3) arrived around 6:40pm and had a small wait for our table. We were seated at 6:50pm. We ordered drinks and dinner at the same time, and we got our drinks and bread about 15-20 minutes later. No napkins were given to us. And we kept wait for our food to arrive after sitting there for an hour with the waiter not even coming back to check on us I asked when we would be getting our food and could we get more tea they said they were sorry but “they were short staffed”

It was so good. Shout-out to our server Taylor, she was so sweet and amazing. I like her sense of humor and how good she was to our family. She said that we reminded her of her parents and I thought that was funny. In my mind I was thinking “Why does she remind me of Stranger Things?” Again, Shout-out to her. Hope to eat there again.

Went tonight. Not great service and then the wrong sides of what I ask for. The biscuits were hard and left over. Couldn’t eat them. The server said really. I told her to touch the biscuit. She said oh no they are hard. Waited extra five minutes for a togo tea.
