We had a pretty strange experience here. Our server was Maddy (or Maddie, not sure), and my partner ordered a half-and-half, which, according to their menu, is half sweet tea and half lemonade. When she brought the drink out, it was clear there was no lemonade. When he got a refill, she brought him another sweet tea and said, “Here’s that half-and-half for you.” We could tell by looking at it that it was not a half-and-half. I saw another server bring out a lemonade/sweet tea, so it wasn’t like the lemonade was out. His third refill, she brought out an unsweet tea but said, “Here’s the half-and-half.” We felt like we were being tested on whether we should say something, but we are too nonconfrontational. I was going to bring it up, but my partner said not to. For our food, we ordered the white cheddar bites as an appetizer, and then I got the chicken fried chicken with broccoli and a loaded baked potato. We wanted biscuits with our meal since that’s what comes with them beforehand, but we did not get them. When I asked our server about whether or not we got the biscuits, she told us that we had to ask for them if we wanted them before our meal. Every time I have come to Cracker Barrel, they have brought it out before the meal. The white cheddar bites were delicious but the portion was pretty small for the price. The chicken fried chicken was really good. Very juicy and flavorful. The loaded baked potato could have been more loaded. I was a little disappointed with the small amount of cheese and bacon on it, despite it being a $2.49 upcharge. Overall, this experience felt like a test from the customer service gods, and I think we failed.

Visited this location Saturday for lunch and they were so busy but the food was HOT, fresh and cooked to perfection. Our waiter (Duravius* sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so attentive, friendly and spot on! I’ll be back soon!

The restaurant was very busy on Friday, our waitress was excellent all the food was hot and good. The pancakes were a little on the flat side but still good. I just like my pancakes more fluffy. I would recommend this restaurant.

We went with another couple this past Sunday after Church. The place was packed and the Store area was too. However
the wait not what I thought it would be. It was rather short for all the folks waiting. Our server was very polite and efficient. We placed our order and a reasonable time we received our food which was remarkable!!!

I ordered the six piece Crispy chicken tender dippers. They were delicious however they had no resemblance to the menu item. They were out of dumplings, corn bread and some of the dipping sauces. I don’t think anything was correct with the order.
I dined with the finest plastic fork they could find while my server swept the floor next to my table. I ask for hot sauce when my food arrived, I never received it. My beverage was empty more than it was filled.
I ask to speak with the manager. After waiting a considerable time I left without speaking with them.
Updated . The manager got me as I was leaving. He stated that he had just been made aware of the issue.
This was by far my worst experience at a Cracker Barrel. I do not leave one star reviews lightly. They earned it.

Outstanding Service in the Face of Adversity – Cracker Barrel Greenville
We cannot say enough great things about Cracker Barrel in Greenville, and especially Oscar and Cody. Despite having a fire at the restaurant just the day before, they went above and beyond to ensure our company lunch for 30 people was an absolute success.
From start to finish, Oscar and Cody demonstrated exceptional kindness, patience, generosity, and an incredible willingness to help. Not once did they make us feel like an inconvenience — instead, they made us feel like a priority. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and calm determination turned what could have been a stressful situation into a fabulous experience.
The food was amazing, beautifully prepared, and everyone was thrilled. What truly stood out, though, was the heart behind the service. It’s rare to encounter a team so committed to taking care of their community, especially under challenging circumstances.
Thank you, Oscar and Cody, for representing Cracker Barrel and Greenville with such excellence. Your dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful. We will absolutely continue to support and recommend this location!

The service and atmosphere were good. The steak and shrimp were seasoned well, but the steak was dry. I wanted well done , but not burnt. It was burnt on one side and even hard to cut with the knife I received to cut it into pieces with.

I brought my uncle here with me and we both ate breakfast food and it was absolutely good food. But the hostess was the best, shout out to Shaniqua for her professionalism, attention to detail, and her suggestions were on point. Oh and that beautiful smile made it all the more worth it.
