The food is so different now! My whole plate was bland and unseasoned! The meatloaf had the consistency of mush, my potatoes were lukewarm, and the mac n cheese was watery. We haven’t eaten here in a while and this was a disappointment. I don’t think it’s worth coming back. On a good note our server McKensie was wonderfully attentive!

I ordered the New York strip medium well done. But when it came out it was only medium. They did offer to remake it and this time instead of medium well as requested it was fully well. But it was still good I was fine with it. Because of their mistake they did take care of my bill.

This is the second time here during our travels both times we waited over 40 minutes for our food. The food came cold. Dried up scrambled eggs. Hockey puck sausage and $35 bill plus tip. I dont blame the waitress. She was friendly and none of this here fault. Go somewhere else.

Cracker Barrel always hits just right for family dining. After our shopping at the outlet we decided to dine in at Cracker Barrel. They were able to seat us quickly and the service was on point. Our waitress was very patient with our 4 kiddos who wanted to order for themselves. I had the shrimp and rice and the kiddos ate from the kids menu. The portion sizes were good and the food was great, I am however biased, I love Cracker Barrels menu and the pricing was very fair!

The food was good. Service was mediocre. We were sat immediately at our table. It was about 6½ minutes later that our server came to get our order for drinks and appetizer. She brought back our drinks quickly and a basket of biscuits. Then the real wait began. A different waiter brought out our appetizer and refilled my son’s drink. Then a solid 20 minutes or more later our waitress came by and said “the kitchen was backed up” and offered to refill the drinks. More than 10 minutes later she came out with our food.

Usually eat at the Cleveland NC location. But was very satisfied with the food and service. The chicken strip dinner with 3 sides is what I usually get, Fries, your choice of veg and final side is a salad (extra small cost) but well worth it! The portion of food you get with this meal is femnominal! The best side salad and 5 good portion chx strips along with dipping sauces. This meal blows Chic fil a out of water, best thing of all its less than 15 dollars

I’ve visited many Cracker Barrels, but this was my first time at this location. We stopped by on a road trip and were immediately greeted by the friendly hostess and server. The service was top-notch – attentive, prompt, and welcoming.
Our food arrived hot and fresh, and everything tasted fantastic. After breakfast, we browsed the gift shop and found some great deals and a few gifts. Checkout was smooth and friendly.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this Cracker Barrel! As a minor suggestion, having the fireplace lit on a chilly morning would’ve added to the atmosphere, but it didn’t detract from our enjoyable visit.

Great place! Although it was packed and bussin’, got seated quickly and didn’t have to wait too long. Food was great and even got some nice novelty products. Waitress was available and provided plenty of information as certain foods were unavailable or no longer in stock :(.

Jami is the absolute best. She’s attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious, but the children’s mini burger was not. It was very overcooked, the bun was very dry and the cheese wasn’t melted. It was so overcooked, I wasn’t able to bite through the burger, needless to say my little one. But everything else was delicious. The hamburger steak with gravy and onions, with a side of mashed potatoes and Mac n’cheese, the chicken tenders with steak fries and green beans were delicious! The watermelon lemonade wasn’t over sweeten and was nice and refreshing! Love coming here!
