We stopped at this lively, very busy Cracker Barrel on our road trip headed back home. Mark, the sharp looking noticable blue eyed host greeted us with a nice smile and escorted us to our table. Latoya, Chloe and Amari were our cheerful attentive servers. We also met a happy busboy, Jeramiah, who gave us Cholula as we requested. We had the pleasure to meet Dale the district manager and Scott the general manger. Both were helping with preparing tables and taking care of pleased customers. We so enjoyed our delicious meals and as always we took a few things to go. Dale suggested we try the honey butter and although it was meant to be served over tge fried chicken it was so tasty in the side for dipping biscuits and pouring over our pancakes. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I used my Cracker Barrel Ap at the counter my points did not show up on the cash register so I was not able to use them. I had given my phone number to the cashier. Perhaps I needed to open my Ap instead of using a phone number. Another friendly cutimer reminded me that I must use the pegs before they hit 500 so I plan to take my receipt to my next Cracker Barrel in case this happens again. The cashier said the pegs only show up after she rings up purchases and restaurant tickets. If you have suggestions regarding the Ap process please let us know. Thanks again for a great experience.

Coming to Cracker Barrel is comfortable and familiar, the food is excellent and at a great value. The service was prompt and polite. I enjoyed an old favorite chicken and dumplings.

The experience here was amazing. Never really been a fan of Cracker Barrel but decided to give it another shot. The waiter Toya provided excellent services. If she wasn’t coming by to check in on us the Manager Tony definitely did. The way he walked table by table to make sure everyone had what they needed was amazing. You don’t get many servers or managers that really put the customers first. I will definitely come back for another visit.

Had a terrible experience at this particular restaurant Saturday. Went with two of my grandkids. Got there at a “not so busy time.” We were seated, and placed our drink orders. The waitress got our drinks, and we asked for biscuits & muffins. For a table of three, we received four biscuits & one corn meal muffin. We ordered. Twenty some minutes later, no food. Finally, someone from the kitchen came out to ask if we had ordered. We told her yes, but people seated after us had already received their food & were eating. She says she will check on it. A few minutes later, t h e waitress comes out, apologizes & says there was a mix up with the order, and they are trying to straighten it out. She gives us some refills, and sends the manager over. The manager in duty basically said sorry for the mix up, can I get you anything while you are waiting. I said no, just our order please. 20 minutes later, we finally get our food. Nothing from the manager about a discount, nothing! I wasn’t expecting a free meal, but the least they could have done was offer us our drinks for free! I don’t know when I will ever go back to that particular Ctacker Barrel!!!!!!

I visited just after the evening dinner rush. They were packed when I arrived. Slower when I left.
They have so many things to look at in the store. Christmas is around the corner. They have items to make great gifts or to keep.!
Thank you, Joshua. Keep moving forward.

Solid Comfort Food & Friendly Service
Stopped in for lunch and got the Southern Fried Chicken with cornbread, mashed potatoes, and string beans. It was a big portion — more than I could finish! The flavor was good, though a little on the mild side. Not bland, just simple. The service was friendly and warm, which always makes a difference. Overall, a cozy spot for classic comfort food.

They definitely weren’t busy. We got here close to noon on 11/25 (just a Tuesday). Seated immediately put in drink a brunch order. Waited 20 minutes for drinks and almost an hour for food. I sent mine back uneaten because if came on a dirty plate.

Had a wonderful experience with family (7 of us with two babies) at CB yesterday. As a senior, love how I can order from the Children’s menu. Perfect! Everyone enjoyed their meals; waitress was fantastic and best of all – loved the roaring fire on a cold afternoon. Always keep that fire going in this cold weather, a real plus! We will be back!!!

While traveling on I-85, I stopped at this CB for a late lunch. As a big fan of pork chops, I was pleased to find the daily special featured the same. My chops were excellent as was the friendly server and blazing fireplace on that cold day. The experience was so good I just felt like commenting. Five stars.

My daughter and I came by this Sunday at noon for a late breakfast. They were very busy as is typical for a Sunday so I totally understand. My daughter and I were accidentally overlooked due to several large parties arriving all at once.
As someone who has many years of experience in restaurants and hospitality, I understand how easily these things can happen. Regardless the manager was quick to accommodate us for the inconvenience even against my own preference. He INSISTED!!!
I’m blown away by the outstanding customer service and the food is always just what we all have grown to love. Fresh, hot and deliciously flavorful!
We will be back many times over! Thanks again to all the staff here at the Henderson location!
