As always, a staple to go to, tried the breakfast burger, solid combination of flavor and of course my favorite, loaded hash brown casserole, my lady got the meatloaf which was also on point! Great and attentive service, not too loud which was perfect for us and our toddler! Highly recommend!

I was concerned when we showed up shortly after 5 on a Saturday night and the parking lot was partially empty. I’m used to crowds at Cracker Barrel. The first thing was the smell, a little wet dog. The sanitation rating was next, 97. Something. The service was good, my problem came when the food arrived. First, we waited 20 minutes; second, seeing my plate, the waitress should have never brought it to the table. My meatloaf was cremated, the chicken and dumplings had no gravy, looked like it was floating in a light layer of fat. The mashed potatoes were one solid clump. The dumplings were basically raw dough. I ate exactly 2 bites of each and pushed my plate aside. She took it away without asking why I hadn’t eaten it; I’m guessing she knew, but wasn’t about to take it off the bill. When my husband went to pay, he told the cashier how bad mine was. He acknowledged that they were having problems with the kitchen staff, but again, made no concession. The whole thing hit my stomach like a bomb. Do Not Recommend!

We were seated right away. Waited a very long time for a server. Finally I stopped one and asked if she could find the person who was to be serving us. She asked if we had been waiting a long time? I said yes. She apologized for that and said she was fairly new but would find out. Her name was Jolie. She came back quickly and took our order. Again still apologizing. There were only 2 people in my party. After that everything was great!!!

I hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in a long time so I was excited to go this time but I think the waitress was either having a bad day or mad at me for something I didn’t know I did to her. Food wasn’t very warm but tasted ok. Coffee wasn’t hot either. Maybe all the remaining heat was released as the plates and cups were slung down on the table. I know this place is capable of creating some sort of heat because they have an active fireplace. If you come here make sure you sit next to an outlet so you can bring your microwave along.

Great Service! Delicious Blueberry Pancakes… so fluffy and moist, the bacon was perfect, great portion of egg……., Sierra was our server, she was nice and on point! The biscuits were soooooo fresh and moist ! OmGoshhhh! My husband had 3 lol, I could’ve had more but I didn’t want to get full off of just biscuits before the food arrived Stop by this location, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in since they were open, with the roads covered in ice! Excellent service from the time I walked in, Host had sat me right away, fireplace was going which was nice considering the weather! Waitress greeted me shortly after I was sat, I ordered the southern fried chicken that came out within 10 minutes and was fresh out the fryer. While I was eating the manager “Crystal” came around to check on things, she is a rock star, not only was she checking on guests but she was helping on grill line since they were short staffed considering the weather

I need to start by saying this is the only Cracker Barrel location that has NEVER let us down…and my family and I travel all over the place with many locations visited…so that says a lot. The young lady who stands out the most for her attention to detail, great customer experience approach, and all around pleasant demeanor is Maranda. She is the epitome of what customer service in any industry should be…meticulous, cheerful, positive, and extremely precise with her order fulfillment…and does it all with a genuine smile. I have worked in the customer experience leadership field for years and would love to have her on my team but would never want to take her away from the good she does for everyone that comes to see you guys. Great job and keep being amazing Cracker Barrel team!

The food was delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and food choices available for that day. There was a little wait but better than other Cracker Barrels I have visited in the past. The plum tea they offered for the holiday was great .

It wasn’t very busy for a Saturday afternoon and a holiday weekend. Seated right away. Took more than 10 mins to get water and watched waitress greet and bring others drinks who were seated after us. Then we couldn’t get a refill to save our lives. Food was oh so bland. I’ve never had to salt their food till this weekend. Table behind us received excellent service and attention while we were ignored. She would fly by asking if we were okay or needed anything but be gone before we could answer and did that twice after we had requested water a second time when our food was brought out. We rarely eat out due to how expensive it has become and so we were looking forward to this treat. But it was a huge letdown.
