The food at Cracker Barrel is always hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. The service is usually pretty good and they take care of you the best they can if there is an issue with your food. The menu is consistent and the prices are reasonable. Breakfast is usually much better than lunch or dinner food.

Moderately busy around 4pm & waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my drink order. Took another 10 minutes to get my drink. Waiter had no sense of urgency. I ordered an appetizer that was to have ranch, was not told when ordering that they were out of ranch. I’m fine without the ranch really, but just tell people when they place their order. Waiter brings my food to the table & asks if I need anything else. My tea glass was literally sitting empty on the edge of the table. Took 5 minutes to get the refill along with some A1 for my hamburger steak. Temperature of the food was room temp at best. The sweet tea & the biscuit’s were the best part of the meal. This is a rare occurrence—just do better.

Loved everything about this place! It was a bit crowded but the food is delicious so that’s to be expected! Service was great, staff members were also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again when we are in the area!

Placed an online order for curbside pick up. No one ever came out. Went in to get the food and they gave it to someone else with the same last name without asking for any confirmation number or the persons first name. I did not get my food and will see if I even get refunded

Sweet tea slightly greenish taste, added Little more sugar made it good. Had the shrimp steak chicken combo with fries and coleslaw. Fries were perfect. Coleslaw fresh and good. The meats I had fried, they were a little on the dry side. But the ranch dressing was on the watered down runny side, it helped with the dryness of the meats. That being said. (Or wrote as the case may be.) They were absolutely delicious. Overall this is the best cracker barrel I ever been in. The wait was little bit long. The food is worth it.

We tried to get a seat at your establishment just a few minutes ago and was completely ignored by the hostess who wouldn’t even look at us and asked to move out of the way by another server or hostess. Many empty tables, many employees but NO ONE willing to give the very basic service. Needless to say we left and we won’t be back!

We took my mom out for her birthday tonight. 9 adults and 6 children, they were not full or packed. Our service was bad, waited an hour for my coffee, food took over an hour and a half, several orders were wrong. At check out they couldn’t get the bill right even though we waited another half hour for the waitress to bring the checks. Part of our party got what they thought was a discount for the service and their bill being wrong but then all of that discount was passed on to the next one of us checking out. Very very bad experience. The First Lady at the register was great though very nice and she was doing her best.

As a vegan with dairy and gluten allergies, there were hardly any options to choose from other than the country vegetable dish. And even with that, about half of the vegetable sides were known to have animal products, particularly dairy in them. And others that looked safe, like the steamed broccoli, the waitress was unsure about.
