Stopped in during a road trip and enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere at a rare time in which they were not crowded. Wolfe, our server, took great care of us and did a great job. Sage, another server, saw me looking around when our server was away and came to see how she could help regarding another matter and was very nice. The staff in general were very upbeat and pleasant.

The food took over an hour to get for our table of 6. Family members steak came out raw even though it took an hour so they took it back. Took another 30 minutes to get another one. I ordered meatloaf myself and it was completely dry, ended up not eating it. The server brought gravy out to try to correct it but it still was not good. Photo is attached of the meatloaf. Overall a poor experience for all of us.

Had some issues with missing items with my pick up order but the manager kindly made it right. I ordered the meat loaf and noticed that the quality of the ground beef was poor. It had a lot of gristle and a stringy texture. I ended up throwing quite a bit of it away. I have noticed that since the COVID outbreak that poor quality foods seem to be the normal with a lot restaurants. The excuses are old now and our lives need to move on. We are paying more for less and I expect a decent quality!

Ordered from here for a carry out meal. It’s typical to expect carry out food to be cold and/or soggy (such as fries) due to the drive home. What’s not acceptable is a sour baked sweet potato, greasy green beans, hard roast beef, raw potato in mashed potato’s, and burned biscuits.

We had lunch, and a Wonderful server took care of our family! It was very busy, but he was always there with beverage refills and extra napkins, and making certain things were excellent! Everyone received their special orders and it was a great time. Fantastic Customer Service!

Our server waited too long to get the food so it came out cold. She then proceeded to start cleaning tables and ignore us. The biscuits were good and it is a nice cozy area. Very disappointed by the service. Used to love Cracker Barrel but after this, I will not be coming back in the near future.
