The place was very busy as usual. Sunday’s around noon very busy time. We were seated within 20 minutes so no complaint there. Waitress was very busy but she did come back and check in to see if we needed a refill which was nice. The food was very good. Would definitely visit again even during the busy time

Very disappointed with this location I had lunch an then got Veggie plate to go to have for dinner an this was the worst hash brown casserole I’ve Ever Had burnt up an like a rock it was placed upside down so to hide the Burnt overcooked casserole. Saddest part it was also this way with my lunch, iI had the sampler an just disgusted that a Par 4 chef would serve this way. Management needs hold their cook line accountable!! An Waitress I had never refilled my drink!! I know Cracker Barrel’s have high standards for their server’s an line cooks but these folks have slipped through the cracks!! I usually am not a Negative Nancy but since cook served this twice I’m opening up both barrels! Shame on them!

We used to go to Cracker Barrel all of the time. Then we moved to a place without one! Now we are traveling and couldn’t resist. Two kids and two adults and we ordered coffee, fried pickles, cheese curds, veggie plate, grilled cheese, broccoli, fries, okra, and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious! Justin was an excellent server.

Stopped at Cracker Barrel in Christiansburg for lunch …they have Peach tea..and a new Friday seafood combo of fish and shrimp..everything really good…my coleslaw did not come out with my meal and I had to be persistent with the busy waitress to get it…what a treat…creamy and freshly made! I did notice the kitchen cheated on the corn muffins by delivering the plate with one muffin turned upside down..well when I flipped it over it was black on the top…I wish Cracker Barrel would get a better corn muffins recipe and not overcook their muffins..noticed same thing with their biscuits when I took my mom to Cracker Barrel ( in PA) on Thanksgiving…biscuits were like a brick…not good for an 88 year old lady! Also this time I picked up a $5 to go meal to have later…noticed the brochure on the table by the oil lamp and asked the waitress about it. The meal is cold so you can just warm it up at home when ready to eat another delicious Cracker Barrel treat!

I ordered Steak and Shrimp. The steak that came was round like an srm muscle. It was too tough to even cut. I got a replacement and it was flatter but it took 14 cuts of the steak knife to cut off 4 bites. I will not order steak again until they chsngr suppliers snd hopefully get rib eye back. I was very dissapointed. The server was great. Cashier wss very pleasant but food was a no.

The food is always great when we go there! We’ve tried many different meals and we’ve never been disappointed. The service has always been good and they’ve been different backwards to make things happy and positive. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel!
