Slooooooooow, slow service. Waited 15 for drinks, over an hour for the waitress to tell us the food was still frozen. Our waitress, Precious came over an apologized profusely. She said they were short staffed and backed up in the kitchen. Wish we were told it would be over an hour to eat. Should have taken my family elsewhere. This location SUCKS!!! They need better management and staff. Can’t believe I wasted 1 hour 20 minutes to eat air. The restaurant was not busy, there were plenty of empty tables. There was a family seated before us and they were still waiting. Want to eat at a Cracker Barrel? Visit a different location, not this one.

I love to eat there, yesterday I didn’t enjoy my food, the green beans look like something from a day or two. It taste really bad, my granddaughter’s potatoes looked like something from yesterday. She enjoyed her lemon fish. My waitress was awesome, she tried to get something else. I loved her.

The service was very slow. It took 40 minutes for two breakfast meals. My breakfast skillet looked nothing like the picture or the description. Husband said country fried steak was okay. Two of the four biscuits were very small. Coffee was refilled when the meal arrived. It used to be a reliable road stop. Haven’t had a good Cracker Barrel experience in years. It’s my last visit.

The food was standard, nothing to brag about in a review; not plated with careful intentions and portion sizes were below expectations. We were seated at 7:20pm on 7/30/23 after a 30 minute wait. After 10 minutes we had to ask who our server was since no one ever made it to our table. Once we placed our order and waited 30 minutes our waitress comes and tells us that they are our of brisket, corn on the cob, and lemonade. It takes another 30 minutes to get our food. One of us ordered chicken and dumplings. There was no chicken at all and it was extremely salty. Our burger was dry and undercooked. Server’s seemed scattered and the manager was very unapologetic.

Good stopover on a long north/south drive. Arrive by 6pm for better availability of dinner items because some things sell out. Friendly service and a big step up from what you would find at most places near the highway. Recommended!
