The food was great, and our waitress was very tentative and held a conversation with us. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because when we first arrived, we had to wait 30 min for a 3 top. When we sat down, there were empty tables everywhere, but they hadn’t been bused. We had an entire meal and the tables around us sat dirty. When we left, there were still people waiting on a list and being called for their tables. ♀️

My family came into the Cracker Barrel this evening, a party of 8 to eat and catch up. We were very excited to come here because our family haven’t been able to meet. The host was doing her job she handled the restaurant! She quoted us 20 minutes which we waited 45. Once we asked about our eta another lady with braids came up with an attitude as if she was upset we even asked about our time! We walked out because we traveling and have 4 more hours to go. Once we left the host called our name on the intercom to be seated. The host sat us in the back of the restaurant passing multiple tables that could accommodate our family! We’re sat now and as we’re seated the same lady with the braids told the server not to come to our table. I read lips very well, I was definitely staring both of them in the face. The server did so and greeted the other table and they both laughed as if it was a joke. Very unprofessional! We were treated rudely since we walked in the door. I’m glad I don’t live down here!!!!!!!! Y’all need new managers, servers, people who have customer service, people who have common courtesy and people who actually like their job. I’m surprised no one beat up one of your staff yet!

I had an issue with my food being undercooked (not meat so it was not unsafe, but just inconvenient), but the manager was EXTREMELY nice and helpful and resolved it for me immediately. Nice folks! Great food. The great quality and service you expect of Cracker Barrel.

Let me START with the service; Raquel was the best! She came to the table GREETED and SPOKE directly to us and our kids. She was very engaging and accommodating to us. She was very welcoming to us as we traveled home from Virginia. This Craker Barrel has an asset in Raquel, and we appreciate her hospitality to our family.

Great food! Friendly waitress. One of the best Cracker Barrel restaurants. Food was nice and hot and plentiful. However, they were out of peach cobbler. And the biscuits were smaller than some we’ve had. I rate the biscuits a 6. Yet, I would eat here again.

Unique special place for shopping and for your morning breakfast. Rich menu and exquisite drinks. Courtesy of the waiter was a plus. The store has a large collection of particular items: from kids games to Xmas decoration ( all very creative and super well made ). I strongly suggest a stop at this place

The food was delicious and the service was great! The food was delivered promptly, and we were very well taken care of. This is one of the better Cracker Barrels that I have experienced. I wish I could remember the name of the waitress so that I could recommend her. We also found some wonderful souvenirs that were somewhat a rarity to find, and we are very happy about that.
