We were passing through here on a long road trip home. Expecting to be here an hour at most turned into almost 2 and a half. Ordered my food and it took awhile for it to come out. I ordered a steak and they burnt it so bad. They did replace it with another one so that was cool. It did take a long time for the replacement to come out as well.

We’re visiting from out of town and ordered from this location, and unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing. The soup arrived completely congealed, and both my meatloaf and my daughter’s were burnt. I reached out to the manager for a refund, but he offered to have us back and we don’t live here nor do we have a Cracker Barrel near our home. We wanted to share our experience to warn others about this location. Here are some photos for reference. The container on its side is the soup.

On our way back home we stop by, I was very disappointed. I got a pitcher mimosas, it was bitter and nasty taste, received with a Crack glass. Waitress for got some my gravy, soup, salad and fried okra. The “manager” was more concerned about a guy beside us. Constantly asking him if he was okay, and if he needed anything, not once ask us if we were ok. Very disappointed. Sorry no tips.

We took my wife’s mother there for an early Birthday celebration. We used the online check-in option and it still took a fair amount of time to be seated
The wait was well worth it because they seated us at a round table were the six of us could easily communicate with each other.

I’m so unsatisfied with the food I received. The food is poorly plated the quantity sucks the quality sucks. The food I ordered is cold as a brick. I want a full refund for the sloppy mess of a plate I paid for. I’m very unhappy with what I received. I expected better from cracker barrel. I can’t even put it into words on how disappointed I truly am. I want my full refund of $20.80. I’m so unsatisfied with this food!!

Went to breakfast last week. We ordered the steak and eggs. After waiting 45 minutes the burned steak in the photo comes out. We couldn’t eat it. The eggs were cold that came with it. We had not been here in a couple years and after this experience, will definitely not return. I don’t know what happened, this location used to be good. Shame.

I came by for a later breakfast and the place was steadily busy. The wait for a table wasn’t long at all. The food was so good. The best part though was the waitress, Tyresha F. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and kept my coffee topped. Between the food and her Friendliness, I had an excellent visit here!

I ordered a country boy breakfast. They brought my biscuits and gravy out when my meal was complete. I told the manager and he only deducted the price for my side of tomatoes. I did not argue, I said that’s how it is I’ll take care of it with a review. Which I have not done yet. I really think this was unfair, because I enjoy my biscuits and gravy with the meal.

If you want to go shopping in a gift shop this is he place for you. I will preface my food review by saying it was 9pm when we walked in to order food for take out. We waited 30 minutes for our food. When we got back to our hotel to enjoy our food, what a disappointment. The chicken tenders were overcooked, the corn muffins were hard and inedible. Macaroni and cheese was tasteless but edible. Never going back.

We typically get good food and service at Cracker Barrel and go to this particular CB about once a month. However, we went last night and it was terrible! We arrived around 6:30 pm and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. So we thought we hit the jackpot and caught it at a good time when they weren’t busy. The service was incredibly slow and everything looked dirty (floors, tables, silverware and etc) but we stayed because CB always seems to pull it together. It took about 10+ minutes to get acknowledged by a server. She was nice enough but seemed rushed and overwhelmed. Our food came after a considerable wait and it was COLD. My chicken & dumplings were completely dry, containing no juice. My husband’s potatoes and corn were ice cold. The corn bread was burnt on outside and runny on the inside. She brought my husband new sides out that appeared to be microwaved and my food was pretty much inedible. We did not get a sorry or how can we make this right. There were several others complaining as well. This was by far the worst CB experience Ive ever had! However, I will say that we usually have a good experience there.
