Came here on Nov 3 for a nice breakfast. I got sat promptly, order was taken at a reasonable time. The food came out pretty fast and it was nice and hot. I don’t know if the eggs are shelled eggs but they tasted like the liquid eggs. Getting 2-3 pancakes should automatically come with more than one syrup in my opinion. I had to wait for my server to ask for another syrup and some ketchup for my hash browns. Outside of that, everything else was great and I will return

Haven’t been here in a while. Still looks the same but the food was terrible. Everything we tried was bland and almost tasteless, the portions are on the small side which was a blessing in this case, less waste.
Might give them another try for the pancakes, I used to love them, hopefully that hasn’t changed.
Service was definitely subpar, they weren’t even busy. Took too long to come to the table and way too long to come back and check on us.

I recently dined at Cracker Barrel and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with that classic country charm that makes you feel right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal.
The food was delicious and comforting — generous portions, great flavor, and served hot and fresh. From breakfast favorites to hearty homestyle dinners, there’s something on the menu for everyone. And of course, browsing the country store before or after eating is always a fun bonus.
Overall, Cracker Barrel is a dependable spot for good food, friendly service, and a relaxed dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and I’m always eager to explore new food places. I visited with a friend, and while the customer service was impressive, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. We ordered the campfire chicken, and it arrived at our table just a couple of minutes later, which clearly indicated it had been pre-prepared. As a result, the chicken was dry and lacked flavor, and the vegetables accompanying it were equally disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this dish or place, however it might still be worth a try for the experience.

I stopped in Sunday afternoon around 3pm with my son. There was a small wait due to shift change. Apparently severs were getting off and didn’t want to take any more tables and new servers had not come in yet. Now the hostess was great. She was friendly, welcoming, and entertaining doing her best to keep the small group of people happy. There were 3 groups of 2 and 1 person waiting to be seated. Poor girl had just returned to work after being off 2 months. She deserves recognition for the job she was doing trying to juggle this situation. One server came in and she opened up the section and started seating people. Now the male manager came up front and started tell her to sit is in this section or that. She took is to a table in the back where a male server was cleaning up and told him the manger said he was still on the floor and that he had to take us. He wasn’t rude but he was also not very attentive. Now I understand cause I been a server so I due give leeway when I go places, but I ordered a fried turkey dinner with no cranberry relish and gravy in the side with fries and dumplings. When it was brought out the food was wrong. They put gravy on it and relish. He did not bring it out another person did. I told them it was wrong and she took it back. He didn’t bring the condiments I asked for and didn’t give us refills until he brought my plate back. When it was brought back the food had been thrown on another plate and just sent back out. I am not one to complain so I ate it but the sides were a little cold when it came back out. You could tell he really did not want to be waiting on us. I did not get names cause by this time I was frustrated and just did not want to deal with it. I just ate and left. Out of this whole experience the hostess was the best part. She is a diamond in the rough. I wish I could remember her name. The rest of the experience was just lack luster and not at all good. I spent 50.00 that day and truthfully it just wasn’t worth it.

The food was good as usual but this time the food wasn’t hot. It was barely warm. This made our anniversary breakfast a little lack luster for sure. But overall we love Crackle Barrel.

We frequently go to Cracker Barrel locations while traveling. This is our local location. Unfortunately the food was just OK. The biscuits were hard on the bottom like they were either overcooked or sitting for a while. My dad couldn’t even eat all of his biscuits and gravy, I only ate the tops of mine. The waitress never checked on us except to bring the bill where we expressed to her about the biscuits and she said that’s how they are. I then told her 2 days prior I had been to a location in Staunton, Va and the biscuits were fantastic there.

Update after Cracker Barrel provided a voucher for a free meal. I decided to give this location a second chance only to be once again disappointed by the service and food.

I arrived at 7am when they opened. The girl up front had to go get someone to seat me from the back. I was the first one in the restaurant side. Shortly after I gave my drink order a couple was seated and they obviously new the server and were familiar to him. I finally placed my order and informed him I would be adding a to go order when I was almost done and he decided to take both orders at that time. As I sat there I noticed the folks who came in after me receiving their order and not me ( I ordered a simple breakfast). Being not happy I finally got my servers attention and asked that both my orders be to go. A few minutes past and he brought both orders out which indicated to me he placed both at the same time instead of placing the to go order later so it would be hot and fresh for my mother I was taking it to. I got home (5 minutes away) to cold food and way undercooked bacon and burnt French toast with my order, I couldn’t even eat the French toast as it was hard and tasted nasty. I even microwaved it at home.

I didn’t receive a receipt at check out so I called and the manager who was rude once I explained what happened and said if I wanted a copy I’d have to come back and pick one up. She explained the meal had been compted and insinuated that was what I was trying do again. First of all, when I contacted Cracker Barrel corporate about my last issue I was clear I wasn’t seeking compensation and I just wanted the issues with this location addressed.

Obviously none of those have been done. We travel a few times a year by car and love and enjoy the food and service at many other Cracker Barrel locations. Ths one just isn’t up to par with the rest.

Food was okay. The portions are getting smaller and smaller each time we go back. I would give the service a higher rating, except she barely came to check on us. We were always running out of our beverage. She was a nice servicer just needed to give our table more attention.

I definitely recommend using the Join Waitlist on the website for the location. If it is a busy day, IT HELPS to cut down wait time once you get there and check in.
I stopped in for a pickup one day, and dined in another day. The store’s floor staff were excellent to help, and also were kind enough to point out special pricing for the holidays.
Our server Donnett was excellent. A complete sweetheart, friendly and attentive.
