Today was a busy day at the Woodstock Cracker Barrel. I anticipated on waiting on our food but we always enjoy the atmosphere, so it wasn’t frowned upon. Our waitress was really nice and explained the kitchen was backed up, but when our food was served, it was cold. Not room temperature cold but a chill to it. I asked for plain hash browns and the majority was onion ringlets. It seems this will fall into another restaurant we will not be visiting. Prices are higher and service/quality is lower on the rating scale. I will stick to my “hole in the wall” or small business owner restaurants going forward!

Waited at least 15 minutes to get our drink order in. Took our food order at same time. Waiter kept saying order was coming shortly. After another 30 to 40 minutes I ask for a manager. She said she would check on order. Order came out shortly after that. Waiter or manager never checked after we got our food. Old timers breakfast was good. Loaded baked potato was not loaded with much. Service was terrible

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store was awesome! The parking lot was huge, clear of trash and debris. Parking was ample with plenty of handicapped parking out front. The store was clean, with SO many items to see. Some of the candy reminded me of my childhood which made me smile. Our server “Tristan” was great! He welcomed us with a huge smile, took our order and the food was ready in no time. The meal was hot, delicious and left us wanting more! The biscuits were fluffy as a cloud, and the gravy was thick as peanut butter. Every staff member were encountered was friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this location go breakfast, lunch or dinner, you cannot go wrong. Enjoy!

Cracker Barrel is like a comfort food paradise! The chicken there is a crispy dream – seriously, it’s the town’s best. And their pancakes with that amazing syrup? A match made in foodie heaven!
But what really seals the deal is the service. Sidney totally rocked it with patience and helpfulness. They made the whole experience even better! I’d give Cracker Barrel a solid 5-star rating without blinking.

Great CB has really stepped up their game in recent memory compared to 10 years ago. Love the vibe and service. Food quality is way up instead of getting cheaper. Thank you for being reliable road trip place for a “quick bite to eat”. Service is always top notch too! Thank you Staff and employees for making CB what it is!

On vacation in Woodstock, VA. Went Sat, was fine. Returning on Tue. Just after noon, different experience. Seated and drinks in a couple of minutes, ordered. 30 min later no food, we ask for manager. Find out our order was never put in. People by us, seated later then us, got their food. But no silverware, one of those customers had to find some. 40 min after seating our order arrived hot and great as usual. The place was not busy, just a bad day. We were comped for the breakfast. Has to go to my car for something. Returning, an exiting customer warned: they are really slow inside. So it was just not my area in the restaurant having problems that day. I have gone to a local Jersey Cracker Barrel and others for many years, this my first major problem.

What a cute restaurant! Delicious food and a whole section dedicated to cute knick knacks for the home and snacks! Grab a bite and a souvenir while you’re here! The mashed potatoes were lacking in salt (perhaps because it’s in the gravy I didn’t order) and the mac and cheese was meh. The highlights were really the mains- steak and fried chicken.

The new special, Big Easy Steak n’ Shrimp is worthwhile. 10-oz NY strip plus some jumbo shrimp (prawns) with creole sauce.
Corbin was a first-rate server.

The service was good. The food was very tasty. I had the fried chicken with French toast. Cracker barrel has some amazing. Marketing with 100 % Natural Maple Syrup. With cane sugar added. The location of the restaurant was good.

Server seemed like she wanted to be any where other than at work. Green beans looked like they had been chewed and put into the bowl. Country cooking doesn’t have to be crappy food. Store and restrooms were clean and nice.
