Long wait, which is normal for Cracker Barrel. However, they seemed a bit unorganized at this location today. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or just overwhelmed. We had a new waiter who was really nice…although he too seemed a bit overwhelmed. We ordered turkey sausage and the patties were clearly two different types of meat…not the waiters faulty. The kitchen sent the food out this way. One of the meals ordered was missing part of the meal. Then when we received our check we had 2 additional meals on it that we didn’t order. The waiter corrected the bill and brought out any food that came out wrong or was missing. It just seems he should’ve had someone help him as we were told it was his first day on the floor. Overall, it appeared he was trying to take care of everything the best he could…so I don’t blame him.

If you are looking for a comfort meal that is affordable and filling, I would recommend Cracker Barrel. Not to mention, they change their beverages with the seasons and they have some nostalgic treats in their gift shop that would make you feel like a child again. Another added bonus at this location is the fire place, it is the focal point of the restaurant. I also love that they bought back classic meals with vegan meat options. Definitely worth checking out and depending on the day, you may have to be patient and wait a little while.

Love this place. The wait was about 45 minutes on a Sunday at around 11am – but there’s a lot to explore in the store. All of the breakfast items I got were great, but the pancakes this time were the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Eggs were done right, sausage gravy was a little too smoky for my liking, but I still enjoyed it, regardless. The place is definitely noisy, but that should be expected with how busy they were. Big fan of them keeping the old decor as opposed to going through with their supposed rebrand. I would absolutely go back to this location.

The service could have been better. Requested: well done steak, received rare ( disappointing). Pancakes was good , and the iced tea was delicious. The waitress could have been more attentive than she was. Especially due to the fact it wasn’t busy.

Went twice to this location. First time for dinner and they had no fried food because the fryer was down. No fried chicken at a Cracker Barrel? I went back for breakfast for our second visit and the service was extremely slow, it was busy so I can expect some wait time but 45 minutes after being sat at the table is a bit extreme! And the worst part was that after the wait, the food was cold when it came out….never returning.

Ordered the BBQ Bacon Smokestack, 100% pure ground beef topped with cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, fried onions, and pickles on a bun with country comeback sauce. Served with a classic side. It was delicious! This is a new item, part of their “New for Fall” menu. You get to order 1 side with it. I will be back. Lots of delicious temptations here for the whole family.

I want to start by saying the customer service at Cracker Barrel was great. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. However, I was really disappointed with the food in my recent to-go order. I ordered the two turkey dinner and didn’t receive the cranberry sauce or my gravy that’s supposed to come with it. On top of that, the sides were very skimpy. The portions looked like half servings. I’ve ordered these meals before and know what to expect, so this was definitely not up to the usual standard. It’s frustrating to pay full price and feel like you’re being shortchanged. Great service, but the food experience fell short this time.

Newly opened! Good service but the griddle orders are taking longer than other orders (which is not uncommon for brand new establishments) but as a chain it needs to be worked out and synchronized for quicker food delivery.

When I arrived I went into the restaurant and gave the young lady my name for a party of one. She told me that I could wait outside and that they will call me over the loudspeaker. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever called me. They said that the speaker was not working. The flooring is a bit slippery so it’s not ideal for people who are older or maybe disabled. The server was young and an experience and not attentive. The food was mediocre at best. The pictures are nice but the overall experience was less than desirable. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this particular location. And I forgot to mention that the glass on the doors before you enter the restaurant was filthy.

Jada was our server and she was incredibly nice professional and a joy. She checked on us frequently and made extra trips when we needed something we didn’t tell her in the first place.
The restaurant was very clean and alive and very busy. Had a party of 100 come in right after us that made them slammed. Our order still came out quickly and fresh. The food was perfectly cooked. The server was exceedingly attentive.
The host was nice and stressed out, and the cashiers were equally as pleasant.
I ordered the Country Boy and my girlfriend ordered the Grandma’s Plate. The steak was cooked exactly how I asked and the eggs were scrambled correctly. We asked for a bunch of extra creamer with our coffee because we like to drink it and they brought us two ramekins without question.
This place is in a Cody location right off the freeway behind some trees. Stop by.
