Had a wonderful server who treated us royally. He was fantastic with drink refills and keeping tabs on us to ensure we had a great dining experience. My husband was starving from shoveling snow for two days, but he couldn’t decide between breakfast or dinner items. Our server suggested he get the two meals for one price special and enjoy the best of both worlds. It was a great idea which my husband took. Kudos to that server!

Sometimes I’m sad over the items Cracker Barrel has removed from their menu. (I’m talking about you, Lima beans.) But we love the food, the atmosphere and the comfortable feeling so we will always go.

I recently came in for breakfast and the food and service were great overall, but I wanted to share something that honestly made me uncomfortable. The employee working at the host stand had a visible Confederate flag tattoo on her arm, and seeing that right when we walked in almost made me not want to stay and eat. I understand everyone has personal beliefs, but in a customer-facing role it’s important that guests feel welcome and at ease, and this unfortunately had the opposite effect for me.

We always love coming to Cracker Barrel. The restaurant is nicely laid out and very dim and cozy. The fireplace is a nice touch in the winter months. The store they have always have fun things to browse through and have something for everyone. There’s a really great selection of candles. We’ve yet to be disappointed with any of the food there and there’s always a rotation of selections and seasonal offerings. Service has always been prompt and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here!

My dear friend Barb and I went here for dinner last night, and we had the nicest time. She enjoyed a baked potato, plain, and I had broccoli with a side of gravy, which was just lovely and very comforting. The food was delightful, and the atmosphere was so much fun. I especially loved the entrance—it reminded me of the flea markets we used to wander through years ago. Such a charming place. We will most certainly be back.

The service was great and even though it was very busy, we did’t wait long for a table or for our food. As always, the food was deliscious. After finishing our meals, my daughter and I shopped at the gift shop. The selection of items was great and the employees at the check out were fabulous! They were able to look up the price of an item we were interested in purchasing. They spoke to my daughter and I like we were old friends. They were so helpful and so kind. I could have stayed and chatted with them for hours. My daughter and I found some nice things for Christmas gifts and we had a great time. Cracker Barrel is top notch!

Food is always delicious here. Country fried shrimp is especially good. But all their meals have that home-touch to them. Service has always been good here too. And the atmosphere is similar to other Cracker Barrels, but good. Definitely would recommend!

I get emails from you stating I have $5. off or points for this and that and just the last two times I just ate there I told them I had points and money off. They said nothing shows. Why is this happening. I enjoy coming to eat there with my grandchildren, but I am soon about to change I am tired of getting emails and buying meals and never receiving anything in return. If you going to keep doing this, I will find another place to go I am tired of being lied too.

Service is typically very good but we had terrible service on our last visit. Unfortunately that sets the tone for the entire meal. Also, would be nice to teach the staff that you do not have to slam the broom into the butler with every stroke. When servers are cleaning up their section, the broom slamming into the butler and the chairs dragging across the floor are awful and w go through the entire dining area. The manager says “well they have to clean their section.” Understandable but they should also try to be considerate of customers dining there.

I’ve been to many Cracker Barrel locations over my 40+ years of traveling and this store in Muncy PA is by far the cleanest and best location I’ve been to. The food and service was excellent.
