For my birthday dinner it wasn’t bad could of been little better but overall good. My waitress seems ok but had to wait for refills, napkins and to take our order but overall good. The food came out in a timely manner however everyone else food was hot/warm but unfortunately my greens was cold and was really looking forward to eating them. What can I say the small things would made us happy. I didn’t know nothing about birthday rewards that was disappointing. The atmosphere was great and happy they didn’t change it like they said they would. (No one wants to see the changeover) when you think of cracker barrel it’s the old fashioned style that makes sense and the memory / history.

Sierra was our server and we couldn’t have asked for better service. She was kind, very friendly and very helpful. The food was great too. The gift shop is kind of tight if you are disabled, but they have a huge selection of country style gifts. My mom even bought a quilt! I’ve been to other Cracker Barrel restaurants, but this one was by far the best!

I don’t care what anybody says. This is the best place to eat. Pennsylvania is a good state. It’s not far state line food is great. Service is great atmospheres, always great, especially near the fireplace. The stores fully stocked prices are half price To 40% off, everybody was friendly and nice.

The food here is always good. I come for the hot pancakes and friendly service; oh and dont forget the cute earrings and children’s clothes too. I always seem to leave there with a few pairs of earrings and some other rare item. I also must have a $5.00 take home dish!!!

The wood burning fireplace was a delight as we stopped amid a long travel day for a hot meal. Restaurant was nearly empty as a winter storm was expected to commence. Service was a little slow but sufficient as the server appeared to be visiting with her boyfriend. Food was inconsistent; some was fine, others , such as the grits, had been held too long and were lumpy and glutinous. And why make grits with zero salt? I understand some folks may be on low salt diets but why none at all?
The French toast was also a disappointment…small, thin slices cooked to toughness. Should have opted for pancakes. Eggs and breakfast meats were fine and the biscuits were fresh.

Good breakfast! My daughter had the steak and eggs. She is pretty picky but at the whole steak . My son found the pea meal bacon too salty ( ) He liked the apples and eggs and had one of my buttermilk biscuits. My eggs and hashbrowns were good so were the biscuits ! Overall a delicious morning !

I used to really enjoy Cracker Barrel but the last few visits have been underwhelming. The sausage gravy biscuits have no flavor and is super bland. Things just don’t seem fresh any longer. It feels like it’s frozen stuff just heated up. I still enjoy the store and atmosphere but my family has voiced their displeasure with the food. If they don’t fix the flavor and freshness soon, my family will opt to go to a different place.

Food is fast and cheap, but basic fare. The praline French toast was very sweet but very tasty. Steak and eggs were great, and chef nailed the medium rare cook while developing an amazing crust.

Got seated right away. Food was awesome. The girl didn’t have any stars on her apron, so we assumed she was new. A wait after being seated and a wait getting our check. But in between fabulous.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to time travel back to Grandma’s house in 1957 while also eating your body weight in biscuits, this is the place. Cracker Barrel is where gravy dreams come true and diets go to die happily. I walked in, got distracted by the gift shop for 45 minutes, almost bought a rocking chair and a rubber chicken, then finally remembered I came for food. My waitress called me “hon,” brought me sweet tea faster than my WiFi loads, and I knew I was in good hands. The chicken and dumplings? Life changing. The hashbrown casserole? A national treasure. And that peg board game on the table? I still don’t know how to win, but I’m convinced it’s a government IQ test. 10/10 would risk a biscuit coma again. Cracker Barrel where your soul gets fed and your arteries get challenged.
