I love this restaurant and since I can’t find it everywhere, whenever I can, I want to stop. The food is excellent, the prices are good compared to other categories of equal quality, only that in this one in Portland, we found a receptionist and one at the service of a unique rudeness, the waitress had a grit as if she were annoyed to work, not friendly at all, not a smile. Luckily, the girl who showed us to the table was kind and smiling.

I was very underwhelmed with the food. Waited 35 minutes for a table. When we were seated, there were so many empty clean tables. Service was ok but it must have been his first day. We had to ask for silverware 3 times while our appetizers got cold. Main meal tasted like it came out of cans. Awful. We won’t go again.

The food is good and the people are very nice. The store is always fun and automatically earns them a star. They are NOT gluten friendly, surprisingly having no options for gluten-free substitutions. They recently got impossible sausage and have mimosas!!!

Expect a long wait to get in at mealtime. Ours was 45 minutes. Menu is varied and the food is filling and tastes good. Service is great which is outstanding given this is a hi volume mall store. Recommended if you are in the area or if you just dig the scene (some of my friends do). Good value for money if you can take the wait time.

Our server was new when we visited the other day, which I understand. It’s hard for everyone to hire staff, I get it. It’s just frustrating when you have to ask 4 and 5 times for the same thing. They weren’t super busy, but I’m sure she was still overwhelmed. We still tipped really well, cause we aren’t jerks. I always love going here, no matter how the service is. The atmosphere is just so fun!

I love this place!! Every time I head to Portland this is a must. While waiting you can shop and get whatever you want. Lots of oldie type candies I grew up on. Good at restaurant was good. Being gluten free it was nice to have some more options than just a salad. Super friendly staff
