Delicious breakfast spot! Ordered the Sloppy Jose breakfast sandwich (smoked chorizo, guacamole, hash browns, fried egg, and homemade bacon onion jam), tree hugger grilled cheese (mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic basil pesto, and balsamic glaze on sourdough), and french toast bites.

Tried this 3 years ago when they were only a food truck! Finally got to come back to Champaign and found out they’ve open a store front!! The line is super long on a Sunday morning but the food was definitely worth it!

The place had a nice atmosphere. We got the morning bender and the hash brown on the sandwich was incredibly salty and when I took it off the sandwich was just mediocre at best so I didn’t finish it. The workers were nice, but a lot of them had their long hair out in the food and constantly ran their fingers through their hair. Some food handlers had gloves some didn’t. Idk if I’ll be back.
