As soon as we checked into our hotel we high tailed it over to Crabby’s and it was a fantastic start to a beautiful honeymoon.
The weather was perfect so we sat outside, the atmosphere was so fun and upbeat. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff kept bringing the drinks and help us figure out how to cook our steak.
The crab was fresh and tasty, I truly loved every moment of this interactive but peaceful meal. Highly recommended and totally going back!

Despite the bad reviews, my family went here because it was within walking distance from our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The menu doesn’t have a lot of options, but everything we ordered was really good. A few of us ordered steaks cooked on hot rocks. It was a fun, unique experience, although we were a little bit concerned about the kids accidentally touching the rocks – fortunately, all left unscathed. We were a pretty large group of seven adults and four kids. We tried a lot of stuff on the menu, and there were no complaints about the food. Our only complaint was that they sat us in a back room that was secluded from the main part of the restaurant. They sat another bigger party with kids back there too, so it may be that it’s difficult for them to accommodate large parties in the main dining room or they try to keep loud little kids away from other diners. Either way, we would have preferred to be in the main dining area, which, although a bit cheesy, has pirate-themed decor.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. We’d been here a couple of years ago and it was a buffet then and was not great. We were surprised to see it had changed and the menu upgraded. We had a snow crab dinner and a Black Angus steak (cooked on a hot lava rock at our table, you cook yourself). Super happy with our experience. Server Philip was awesome and the food was great! I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality dining in the Dells. As with all seafood, its a little more expensive than a burger joint but well worth it for fine dining! Our new favorite!

I was very “iffy” about this place after reading reviews. However, I was very surprised! The service was very quick! We sat on the patio and were served drinks right away. My husband ordered the surf and turf on the hot plate and the steak was AMAZING! I wish I would have ordered it! I had the coconut shrimp, they were all right. Kids had crab legs and they were also very delicious. Server Mihai was very kind and did a wonderful job also! Would definitely come here again, for anything on the hot plate!!!

After reading reviews, I judged this place way more than I should’ve. The 1lb. Of crab legs for $19.99 was seasoned and hot. Good portion of crab legs too :). Also, not overcooked at all. Service was great and our food arrived in a decent amount of time for a family of five. Corn and fries tasted a bit soggy, but it was a side, so it didn’t really bother me at all. Thanks for the family time Crabby’s :)!

My family had a GREAT experience here. Prices were not bad. We went for dinner on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing. Total was $37. My fiance ordered the salmon (after being told they were out of chicken). I ordered a ceasar salad and our children split the popcorn shrimp kids meal. The kids had leftovers after both getting full from one meal. My fiance and I shared ours (IE, I gave him half my salad and he gave me one of his salmons). We felt that we had good food and service for a decent price. Especially after earlier in the day we felt ripped off paying the same price for a mediocre at best pizza buffet down the street.

If you are going to eat here ( who would ) but they have more food in the dumpster than in the the buffet. the crab legs cost 9.99 a pound. The outdoor seating was nice but the food was horrid. We had a big party and we were seated right away so that good. But be careful what you get because excessive amounts of food left on your plate costs an extra 3 dollars so eat small portions at a time.If there is no place left and you have to eat there at least there is soft serve for your kids. I hope this helped.

First off, I thought since it being 20 dollars per person they would have a great selection of food. WOW did I think wrong! for 20 dollars you get nothing but two islands of food, and the food wasn’t even good. I could of wasted 40 bucks on me and my girlfriend at red lobster and would of been completely satisfied. We wanted to try a new place in this location and saw that it was a buffet but just horrid with the kind of food that they had. Place is nice outside but for 20 bucks I could definitely spend it else where. We asked one of the local gas station around and they recommended the place, WOW I’m not sure if we were eating at the same place, food was dry, fish was mediocre, and 10 extra bucks for crab legs?? NO thanks! Hate to say it but the chinese buffet near me had a way better selection, would of saved 20 bucks easily. And I hate their buffet!

Food was fine. Took forever. Manager rude. Can’t make anything beyond special drinks they have. Limited bar. Brought manager out saying they couldn’t make a Long Island Iced Tea even though I had one the night before, and I let them know that.. they said they would be reprimanding the bartender who gave it to me. Servers seem nice, though a bit of a language barrier with them all. For the prices I would say skip this one nothing close to Blackrock.

Wish we had seen the reviews before we went. When we walked in we were overcome by what smelled like grilled tuna fish sandwiches. We tried to dismiss it as it could be the combined smell of turf and surf. However, when we got our food the sides looked like they were bought at Walmart and the seafood had a strong unusual flavor. The food was awful and way over priced. The only good thing I have to say is the waitress was very friendly and the manager gave us a refund with no hassle.
