The place is nice. We went just before New Year, renting a house about 3/4 miles away
The terrace is nice and with view.
Indoors might be a bit noisy.
The food was good quality and portion size.
I really liked the oysters.
One thing that wasn’t ok both days we went. The staff is a bit lot lost, two different waiters both were missing most of the time.
The clam chowder is perfect, the Bahamain soup is more towards good.
The flipped, pineapple dessert was nice

We were camping at Anastasia State Park and wanted to hit a local spot for an early dinner on a Tuesday. We realized we could cut off miles/minutes by riding our bikes down the beach instead of around on pavement. That was a win for sure! There is actually a beach access right across from the restaurant which worked out perfect!
We arrived around 3:30. Plenty of seating available. We opted for upstairs so we could see the beach. We sat inside at the bar. It was a very cold day and the heat inside was marvelous especially after a cool 10-15 bike ride. Happy hour was going on so we ordered 2 Crabby IPAs at $1 bucks off. It was pretty tasty and light. We also started with the crab and spinach dip and it was outstanding! Hot and delicious! My husband practically licked the plate. Side note we learned mondays are $1 oysters days!! We missed it……sigh and insert sad face!
For dinner my husband went with the 3 way shrimp combo plate with cheesy grits and I ordered the Mahi Fresca entree which had an avacado topping. My husband is a major foodie and did nothing but rave about how wonderful his meal was. Mine was very delicious also and the mahi was cooked perfectly with no fishy aftertaste. I had the cheesy grits and Mac n cheese and both were excellent! I will say my husband’s meal came with a pina colada sauce and it was so good I ordered a side and added that over my mahi! IMO it took it to another level of goodness! We tryed our best to finish our plates but did leave a few bites unfortunately. If we are ever in this area again I can’t wait to come back!
I can’t say enough about our bartender Brandon. He is definitely 5 also. He was attentive and super friendly. He was informative and funny! He is what a bartender should be!

My wife and I found Crabby’s while traveling through Florida, and stopping for the night in St. Augustine, We has searched online for an eatery near the ocean and landed on their site for an interesting menu and location.
Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Savannah, and another young lady, at the door. She asked where we would like to be seated and we stated that we wanted upstairs, and outside on their veranda, but we first needed a few minutes so my wife could use the restroom.
As my wife walked away, Savannah noticed her limping (a disability), and turned to me to ask if we would like to use their service elevator. I accepted her offer, and when my wife returned, Savannah led us to the elevator, loaded us up, and up we went. At the top, Savannah was waiting to lead us to our seating. She was SO outstanding !
Once seated, we were greeted by Grace (our server). She was Very pleasant and attentive dining our entire dining experience. Extremely efficient, helpful, and friendly.
We ordered a couple Pina Colodas, and for our meal chose three items off the appetizer menu.
The Calamari proved yo be fabulous.
The Crab & Spinach dip was absolutely Wonderful.
AND… The Oysters Crabafella was Phenomenal !!
Two more Pina Coladas, and we were done.
At this point, on our way out, Brendan offered use of teh elevator, once again, to get us back to the ground floor. He was extremely polite, helpful and friendly.
I WILL say that I have Never had better customer service in all of our years of culinary experience.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. It’s a great location right across from the beach. The atmosphere is really cool and laid back plenty of seating. There’s an upstairs, there’s great views. Great place to people watch and listen to live music at times.
The food is okay. It’s not great, but it’s edible. The scallops were cooked correctly. The conk fritters were overcooked. My oyster’s Rockefeller were just not that good, flavors just didnt go together and $33 is a bit much. But you are at the beach, so you’re gonna pay.
Our service was okay. It took a long time to get noticed to get our water to get food, and they weren’t that busy, so not sure what was going on there. Server was sweet, very nice, just the service was slow.

If you’re wondering where to go and this popped up as a maybe…. Do yourself a favor and just go! It was sooo good! Annabelle was our server & was excellent, very helpful with our special dietary needs & always kept our drinks full. Our food was great, we ate it all! Oh & they even give a Military discount! We didn’t get anything from the bar today but their bar menu looked great. Seen someone else with a bloody mary & we’ll be back to try those & the breakfast! (It’s also family friendly!)

We drove all the way from NJ to Florida with many stops along the way. This was by far our most cherished restaurant stop of the trip! I order the Mahi Fresca with avacado salsa and ranchero sauce; it was the best fish I’ve had on the island. The street corn and mashed potatoes were wonderful. My mom loved her fish and chips. It was chilly that day and they welcomed us inside, even though we had our dog with us. The kitchen made him a piece of unseasoned, plain fish. My mom needed handicap accessibility and Crabby’s accommodated every need we had. Brendan our server, and the entire staff, could not have been friendlier, warmer, or more welcoming to us. Parking was easy. The large booth was so comfy. Located directly across from the beach and pier access is a big plus as well. Literally every part of the experience gets five stars from us: highly recommend!!!!

Food delicious. Started with calamari which has to be one of the best fried calamari we have tasted. My wife had the calamari salad and a bowl of clam chowder. Both were outstanding, and the chowder ranks in the top of clam chowder we have had. I ordered the two pound crab claw fest, and let’s say I enjoyed every bit of it.
If you are looking for some good old seafood, this is the place!! You won’t be disappointed!
