Literally the worst BBQ I have ever had. The ribs were so over done you could not eat them, and the suppose to be chicken wings were drum sticks that were under cooked and still bloody when I bit into it , SO GROSS !

Stopped by Crabby Mike’s for lunch with some friends today. This was my first visit, as I usually end up at South Street Smokehouse or D&R Market for BBQ. I had the pulled pork sandwich and mac and cheese. The meat was pretty good and had a muted smoky flavor, but the texture reminded me of a more generic pulled pork you’d find in a chain restaurant or in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. It was almost too tender to the point of mush, which is odd for pork. To further complicate my rating, they don’t have any homemade sauces. In my opinion, this is a must-have for any self-certified BBQ joint. As far as the mac and cheese, I’d pick something like the roasted potatoes (which I sampled and enjoyed) next time. If the mac and cheese wasn’t straight out of a box, it was a very convincing replica of wholesale-food-store mac and cheese. All in, I left $10 poorer with a drink. Definitely on the expensive side for the food taste and quality. Overall, it’s an interesting little BBQ joint. Sadly, interesting is only interesting once. I’d like to see some unique house-made sauces and more creative ideas hit the menu before I return.

2/5 stars…GOOD WINGS – everything else was subpar. Service was good, place was clean. Nearly everything tasted packaged, not made in house. Beans were sweet enough to make my teeth hurt, mac and cheese tastes like box mac. Pulled pork left a lot to be desired. Won’t be returning when South Street is just as far away and only a couple bucks more.

Service is great, very quick and easy. I got pulled pork, it wasn’t bad. The Mac and cheese didn’t have alot of character. Overall, considering it’s so close to 25, not too bad. But if you have time to travel down the road to South Street it’s worth the time, but if you choosing subway or here, I’d come back.

The pulled pork tasted like it had water added to it. The brisket was pulled not sliced so you can’t tell if its brisket or chuck roast. (Chicken wings has good flavor (personal preference smoked then deep fried)). The potato salad and green beans were average. Store was clean, tidy and staff was very freindly. I won’t return but it’s my opinion. I haven’t read any reviews on this restaurant.

If I could give negative stats I would. Got a rib eye sandwich since the outside looked pretty good, but when I bit in the inside was completely raw. Not a single part of the meat was actually cooked apart from the outside. And I don’t mean medium rare, it was completely raw.

Was driving by & seen it so I figured I’d try it.
I got the “brisket” sandwich & the Chubby dog.
First off I thought I had got a pulled pork sandwich. It was shredded like pulled pork. Severely over cooked. Had no seasoning let alone smoke flavor….. Needed salt or just general seasoning dearly.
Secondly the Chubby dog was just a hot dog thrown in the microwave & warmed up. Smoked hot dogs are great & easy. Guess not here. The sauces were good at least

This place is horrible I would give negative stars if I could had the “loaded nachos” off of their food truck tonight and they were nasty!! ZERO flavor tasted like crockpot pulled pork in my opinion the cheese on them was clumpy and nasty as well my wives brisket was nasty spent $26 and just threw it away and to top it off the girl that took our order was as rude as they come!! This is my second time trying this place and strike two you guys will not get the opportunity for strike three sorry don’t waste your money it’s not worth it at all!!

It reminds me more of a malt Shop in a BBQ joint.. you can see for my photo of a chopped brisket sandwich there is no BBQ sauce on it there was not one evidence that it was smoked it taste like roast beef that wasn’t smoked it was tender but not BBQ as they claimed. They had sauces in gallon containers which I’ve added a photo of. I asked the staff what the flavors were in they said they didn’t know. I was there at dinner our there only was one other person if that tells you anything. I looked in the kitchen area and I saw a lot of large cans which and no evidence of any BBQ

Chicken was melt in your mouth good. Pork was wonderful, beef brisket was out of this world. Will return for another try. One suggestion would be to use larger baskets to serve the food in. Service was great.
