What can I say about Crabbae? The food is 3-1/2 – 4 stars, but definitely have the potential to be a 5 overall. This is a small quaint restaurant with fast & friendly service. The felt the food somewhat pricey, yet but a little understandable because it’s primarily seafood. The portions and food quality was adequate. My fried shrimp were perfectly fried and equally seasoned to perfection. Shrimp is often over cooked or over battered, however this was not the case @ Crabbae. As for the jerk chicken wings, they were really tasty, but too spicy for my palate and I would have preferred a rice option instead of French fries. Crabbae is BYOB, but has a $10 cork fee. While I enjoyed the music selection my only complaint is that the music is definitely a few decibel too loud, I struggled to have a meaningful conversation with my friend; we could barely hear each other. In the future I would only do take-out. While I enjoy eating out, I enjoy doing so as a way to engage with friends & family however what’s the point if you can’t comfortably converse? Otherwise, our food was good.

This is was my first time going to Crabbae after trying to go for years! The food was good but the customer service was superb! When I first walked in, the hostess greeted my bf and I. She was very prompt and pleasant. We were seated quickly when our waiter “Jewels” came and introduced herself. She was exceptional. Knowledgeable, personable and beautiful. The whole experience was amazing. I ordered the salmon bites Rasta pasta. I’ll be returning

Mani was great! Extremely welcoming and pleasant! He was very knowledgeable about the menu which helped because it was my husband’s first time here. The food was awesome! The jerk and honey wings were excellent not too spicy because I don’t like spicy but my husband does! The husband’s oxtail and shrimp was very good and flavorful! The salmon and shrimp Rasta pasta was excellent as usual! Overall my husband was very satisfied with his Father’s Day lunch!

Very friendly host, attentive and helpful server, Mani. Most of all, the food was on point! We had jerk honey wings and the corn for apps with the uptown for drinks (we didn’t know it’s byob but the uptown was good). We ate shrimp Rasta pasta with oxtail, rasta pasta with chicken and oxtail for our main entrees.

Food and music was great! A bit of a wait but it was fresh and worth it. Space was a bit small, it’s BYOB, and I guess to keep temperature under control with there being cooking, the heat wasn’t either on or up. Limited drink choices. There’s street parking but that’s scarce unless you get there early enough. Also, $50 reservation deposit that goes towards your bill. I think it’s a bit much but like I said, it goes towards your bill. Overall cool time, just need small improvements.

It was well worth the drive, make sure you make reservations before you go, wait around 10 minutes for our table, drinks & food was served in a timely manner. Delicious & well flavored. The space is small but the atmosphere was everything. I enjoyed this restaurant very much.

Idk what to say about this place Is the food good? hands down YES!! Is the establishment itself nice? that will be a no for me. A pet peeve of mine is rocky tables. Is the atmosphere good. Yes the music/karaoke was cool. I heard they only go by reservations I didn’t have one so that explains the wait. After being seated, I waited about 10 min or so for waiter. When D finally showed up she promptly explained there was some shift changing and she apologized for the wait. D was GREAT, attentive and very friendly
