A Soulful Sunday to Remember!
I had an amazing time at The New Crab Tavern this past Sunday! The live show was absolutely awesome—great energy, great vibes, and a perfect way to spend the evening. But let’s talk about the food… hands down some of the best soul food I’ve had in a long time. The mac and cheese was to die for—creamy, cheesy, and baked to perfection. Every bite was comfort on a plate.
If you’re looking for a place with great entertainment and even better food, this is it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone craving a soulful, satisfying experience.

The bartender was nice and attentive.
The kitchen was not good. The Flounder was ridiculously thin. The shrimp in the Shrimp Fried Rice was tough, like cheap steak. The guy at the food counter pretender not to have a good grasp of English.

I showed up too early for food but they were kind enough to open the kitchen for me. I don’t get to come here often because I don’t live in the area so I really appreciated it! Love the food here!!! It’s one of the rare soul food places that are really good and don’t throw anything on your plate.
