I’ve been a fan of the Crab It While Its Hot seafood boil since the beginning when they were just starting out, and all I have to say is that I really am appreciative of the fact that their food didn’t lose taste, or quality as they came up and grew into what they are now. THE BEST SEAFOOD BOIL HANDS DOWN!! The sauce is absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The shrimp, crawfish, crabs, and lobsters are all great tasting and big in size. What I love most tho is how it doesn’t matter which Crab It While It’s Hot location you go to, the cooks stick to the recipe so that it always tastes the same. If you haven’t tried it yet, but have been wanting to, well take this review as you sign to go get some!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had about 300 seafood boils in my life, all over the country, and this one is by far the most disgusting one I’ve ever had. As soon as I picked up the bag from my doorstep I could smell the FUNK. I feel awful for my DoorDash driver who had to carry this in their vehicle. It was delivered quickly so time isn’t a factor in why this smells so bad. The flavor is terrible. The seafood itself is literally so smelly I couldn’t even eat it. I’m so grossed out. Wow. Over $100 down the drain because this is going in the trash. My house REEKS.

The flavor is wild — like you take one bite and instantly start questioning every other boil you’ve ever had.
The seasoning? Perfect. The portions? Huge. The prices? Honestly way better than they should be for how good the food is. And the customer service is crazy good — they talk to you like they actually care, not like you’re another order on the list.

Been going to them since they started and have become a loyal customer. I’ve compared nearby seafood places and would say I prefer their distinct flavor, Garlic enthusiast. I usually book my order on DD since I have a busy schedule. Mainly have had good and great experiences food and customer service. If they open around easy Visalia I’d like to know . Not a long wait time so that’s a plus
I have had some oily orders in the past and hoping to try the lobster option soon but nothing inedible.
Recommend shrimps, Muscles, eggs crawfish and medium and hot flavors if you can handle of course. Will update on the other add ons later
Would be nice to eat in but seems more of a get and go atmosphere at the moment. Cashiers attitudes do affect the experience as well. Still great flavor when I get home see y’all soon

The place is just, okay. Didn’t have a bad experience, but not a particularly fantastic time either. It was pretty hard to open the crab legs. Me and my partner barely got any crab meat out of it. The food itself is good, but it was just me and my partner at the restaurant itself. They played the same song over and over again, and it was pretty annoying.

Good. 7/10 first time having Cajun boil. Loved the King Crab. We got combo 3 and shared (3 people) with leftovers. Mild was spicy but manageable. Garlic noodles are a must (with cajun sauce), probably the best part of our visit.

This place has great food. But sadly the staff won’t even clean the floor when it’s clearly full of oily sauce. I tried to call and ask questions and no one bothered to even answer the phone. When I drove to the location all I heard the phone go off and the staff completely ignore it. This place has great potential but needs to have caring staff.

The employees shouldn’t be working there. They have poor attitudes and show that they don’t want to be there. They don’t have crab crackers. The napkins are super hard to remove from disperser specially when you have messy hands. The girl was mopping restrooms not letting people use it. It smelled like urine all in the restroom and then she started using the same mop in the dining area while we were eating so we just got our stuff and left. The price isn’t worth the “hurry up and leave” attitude they give.

Nice add to the Valley! They have spice range which is great. You can always get extra sauces if you wanna mix them.
I reccoment getting the eggs and rice as well. Enough to share. We got two bags.
