I love this place. I went on my daughters birthday the staff song happy birthday and bring her slice of cake with a candle . The server Jermaine was great checked on us multiple times and shout out to the front door lady who seated us she was even nice . And the cook was amazing everything was perfect thanks to all the staff we had a ball for our first visit

I paid for a $80 order after explaining my family does not eat pork and we don’t want any sausages in our food or cooked with pork. They mixed our orders with a $20 order which ruined our holiday meal as well as my family mistakenly eating the pork that was in the food. Our money still has not been refunded and I still have not heard from the owner about an apology so I will take this complaint to the media and my lawyer will make a public statement about this situation.

I was not sure if my online order had been received as I did not recieve a confirmation email. I called and although extremely busy, customer service was great. The patient young lady listened to me with all the grand opening chaos going on and someone called right back to let me know my order was recieved and I can expect it on time. A little glitch and not suprising for just having opened. We ordered a large variety of items, all very good, however the Du Jour special sauce on our Dungeness crab boil a little too salty for us. Garlic butter sauce and scallops were good. Prices reasonable and will definitely order again! Great variety of menu options too.

I was so excited to try this place out what a disappointment. I wish i wouldve known better not to order a big feast for first time trying this place out also. Spent 68 bucks.They do not give you the right amount of food you order including extras that you pay for! And the whole order was drowned in oil. Never have i ordered togo anywhere any place in any state that just was just pure oily and favorless. We ordered cajun mild. No where near cajun taste. The cajun fries dont even tast cajun. Just taste like cheap fries. And the sausauges you have to order on the side were cheap thinly sliced and bland. Usually other seafood places include corn potatoes and sausages except this place. Never would come back here. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt despite reading all the bad reviews. But those reviews were right . Smh. Also the place was packed no social distancing. Nobody wore face mask even when they werent eating and sitting next to others from different tables. I order togo thank god. And the ladies in the front where the entrance is didnt even wear the mask properly. They have signs that say masks required and stuff but they dont even follow their own rules. And when i drove past the back there were asian guys without masks smoking cigarettes who else knows what they do and if they even wash their hands . My throat hurts from all this oil. I would recommend KING CRAB SHACK ON S 27TH ST. Its further from brown deer but worth the drive. Even if you order to go the sauce is no where near oily. Total bad experience. DONT WASTE MONEY HERE !

First time trying this place out. I decided to make a take-out order. Had to repeat my order 3x to the person who answer the phone. Very unprofessional and lack customer service. As she was taking my order over the phone, she was also talking to other customers in the restaurant. When she gave me the total of my cost, We both hung up the phone, minutes later she called me back to make sure my order was “correct”. I had to repeat my order again to her. This place have potential but they need to find waitress and waiters with more experience with customer service. The seafood and seasoning was good. Will I ever order from here again? if I’m desperate and craving seafood I will order as take-out since it’s the closes to where I live, but to dine-in? I will probably never dine-in.. I cannot imagine how bad the service is. Again, the place does have potential, the seafood was good, but the customer service sucks.

Saturday 02-12-2022, I visited this location around 5:30pm. Very empty with a mere 4 additional guests and 2 of those guests were done ordering. Inattentive and very bad customer service. The glass I was served in was chipped. I cut my lip on it and brought it to their attention. It was implied that it would have been best if I used a straw, therefore avoiding being cut. Our server was missing and I had to go and inform someone when refills were needed. I was with two others. The food was not good. Very under seasoned and not flavorful. First impressions are everything.
