Left me wishing there was another place around to eat seafood at! The restaurant is a small space and it appeared that the owner was doing all the cooking and only had one waitress. Anyway, there was only a couple of tables of people when we arrived, so it wasn’t a big deal and no waiting for a seat was nice. The waitress was nice enough but was the most inattentive waitress I have had in a very long time. We had to ask for refills 3 times and she would literally walk right by, look at our empty glasses and keep on going oblivious to anything you might need. The food was ok…. although some stuff was lukewarm like it had been sitting in the back for awhile. When we went to pay our bill at the front, the owner/cook was standing there visiting with a couple that he seemed to know and totally ignored us for about 5 minutes. I wont be going back.

I dont mind a longer wait to get my food as long as it comes out hot and fresh and that’s exactly how this place was. Complementary fries and hush puppies was great! The waitress kept our drinks and everything full! Will definitely be eating here more!

The crab dip with house made chips was pretty fantastic. Staff is super friendly and the portions were large. We waited for a while on our food but everything was piping hot when it arrived, the waitress made multiple trips to make sure we had everything we needed and we had great company to pass the time.

Fantastic food. Not sure why folks were upset by the wait. I have been to this restaurant many times and have always been told that the food is prepared at the time of order and that there will be a wait. You are provided with French fries and hush puppies while you wait. The wait it also explained in detail on the menu. Delicious food, fantastic service. Try it out – sit back, enjoy your company – we use the time to reconnect.

We made ourselves at home during our two hour wait for food. There was a lot of neat dock-lookin’ stuff on the walls. By the time I was finished counting the grooves in the wall for the third time, our food came.
I got the seafood medley. It was okay and didn’t taste like it would give me food poisoning (will update in a few hours). (UPDATE (3/8/2015): Didn’t get food poisoning. Great success!)

My husband and I went here for a date night when having a seafood craving. We were so pleasantly surprised! The quiet atmosphere let us have great conversation and they brought out fries and hush puppies while we waited for the food. Highly recommend the crab legs!

From the view of the parking lot, I could not believe this was a open functional restaurant as it looked like a scrap lot. We entered and waited…. and waited…. and waited…. There was one table in the dining room, a server making a great effort to ignore us ( and succeeding) and a cook smoking in the parking lot on a cell phone. Maybe he should have been working on the scrap heaps filling the lot or clearing the weeds. I don’t know about the food or service as I never was given the opportunity to try them. I did get to spend 30 minutes investigating the dusty interior ( yes, I did have 30 minutes of patience though never again). This area needs a good seafood venue (that’s not Red Lobster) but this does not fill that need.

I don’t normal write reviews, but I had to save someone else from this terrible experience. This restaurant was horrible.
First, it took 20 minutes to get 2 glasses of water, 1 hour to get the complimentary basket of french fries and hush puppies, 1 1/2 hours to get the appetizer (fish chips.. which is crab dip and it is not good), and the entrees arrived almost immediately after the appetizer. The menu states that if you are in a rush to “go to your nearest drive thru,” (which I find to be unwelcoming and snarky), but come on, this was absurd.
We ordered the “Class 5 Combo” and “Caribbean Shrimp”. The “Class 5 Combo” was more like a “Class 1”. It tasted like something I could have picked up in the frozen section of Food Lion and made at home… and it would have been much better. The “Caribbean Shrimp” was complete inedible. The sauce was horrific and tasted like ketchup. Who wants to eat pasta and shrimp doused in ketchup? Gross. I couldn’t even eat more than one bite. The french fries were the best thing that we ate (tasted just like McDonald’s).
On top of the horrible service and absolutely disgusting food, the atmosphere in there was depressing. All of the windows were completely covered up and it felt like we were eating in a hallway. Also, we went on the first day of Spring and they were playing Christmas music the entire evening, talk about attention to detail!
I will never go to this place again (and we only went because we had a Groupon, which I guess is a hint to how well, or rather unwell this establishment is doing). I will not be surprised when it closes soon. Disgusting. Stay away.

Friendly, warm atmosphere-feels like being at a beach restaurant. Great seafood, especially the crablegs! The steak is also a good option, cooked to order, tender and delicious. It takes time to prepare quality food-so if you are looking for fast food try McDonalds! It’s nice to go and relax with a glass of wine while your food is being deliciously prepared. The servers are friendly and take good care of you.
