The service was GREAT, only issue was I spent $140$ and was a little disappointed. My Lobster Tails were EXTREMELY tuff and Raw! As customers we know when coming in that these trays take time to be cooked, so we wait patiently. The cooks should NOT be trying to rush through orders especially SEAFOOD it’s not safe! I unfortunately could not save the lobster tail the Raw taste was horrible. Please check orders before taking them home!!

Very good customer service and amazing food. Been trying to find a good seafood spot since moving to Philly as I thought my old place was the best. This has got it beat. Got the lunch special snow crab legs and number 10 which I think was small shrimp? Also the macaroni salad was delish. Will be back!

The food at Crab and Claw Seafood was absolutely delicious! Every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive—such genuine hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered a nice bit with them. I will say that my platters that I got came out right. They were well seasoned and done. Now the $190 56 count crabs I got is a different story. They had no seasoning, tasted like salt water still and had an off smell to them. I called back to them to see what could be done because I drove a hour there and hr back in the hope to have good food. The guy I spoke with was no help in trying to resolve this issue. However it will be okay I will be filing a complaint with the state and safe server to inspect the food that is served because no fish is supposed to have a fishy smell after cooked. This place has definitely fallen off with its customer service and food quality. Also for the record I don’t post reviews so hopefully if you’re reading this you understand how dissatisfied I was with this place. Hopefully they will get it together but I will not be doing business with them anymore. Best of luck if you still eat here.

They don’t sell their butter separate even though they have it advertised for $6 – crabs are high and customer service was chaotic. I’ve heard good things but it just didn’t seem worth the money.

This place was bigger than I thought..tons of selection. Clean as well.. Wait was very reasonable. Staff was cool..the amount of food was good for the price..I was not a fan of the steam platter..it tasted like the sea… lol ♀️ But I am willing to try the fried platters. I did enjoy the macaroni salad

Went in when they first opened expecting to get fresh seafood.. was old everything was from the day before. I ordered a half a pound of the garlic butter blue crabs and a half a pound of the Cajun seafood salad. 2 of 3 crabs were overcooked and tasted funny. The seafood was ok but after eating the crabs I decided not to finish it. I won’t be going back. Was really excited to try this place and it was disappointing.

I get the same thing mostly every time. A bag of the broken pieces, mild, extra butter and garlic. My food is always seasoned to perfection. Never salty. The butter sauce is so good. They have really good black mussels they sell by the bag. Their shrimp is really good, and i love their seafood salad. I usually have them mix the regular one with the cajun seafood salad. Def a must try. Their pricing is really good compared to other spots and the portion size.

Crabs: I asked them to steam it for me and was nervous about how it will taste. I like my crabs a certain way and to my surprise they didn’t disappoint! The flavors popped. Even my picky 2 year old loved it so you know it’s good. Each crab had a decent amount of meat for the size.
Veggie platter: the broccoli, potato, and corn was tender and came smothered in the butter garlic sauce. It was an awesome compliment to the crabs. I wish I got another order of it.
Butter garlic sauce: it was hard dipping the crab meat into the sauce due to the size of the meat, but the flavor was awesome. I’m excited to repurpose it for my future meals. Highly recommend if you need an extra pop of savory flavors.
Cajun & regular seafood salad: I had a sample of their Cajun seafood salad at the store and wasn’t really sold. Andrew told me it would be a good idea to get 1/2 of the regular and Cajun so I took his advice. Tried it again when I got home and the Cajun won me over as I kept trying it. Their regular one is good, but the Cajun had a nice punch to it. My husband loved it, too. I regret not getting a bigger size.
Aside from food, the staff were so pleasant. When I walked in, someone immediately helped me. I had to wait a bit for my order and during that time, one employee came to check in on me, which I appreciated. Andrew even came out to check on me as well. Before I left, I decided to get their seafood salad and that’s when Andrew and another employee assisted me with my choice. The politeness and kindness from everyone made the establishment seem like such a family vibe. I’m excited to go back and try other items from their menu.
Bonus: we used the leftover crab shells and legs to make some crab ramen!
